While clean, the overwhelming smell of bleach in the room was a bit much. It is an older property and I suspect they are fighting the good fight with bleach against mold.

It was a reasonable price and a great location.

Not much, given we knew what to expect based on many previous stays.

Grounds are lovely, staff is super-helpful, room was comfortable and somewhat updated from an earlier standard, location is convenient, value is probably best in town.

There was no fridge as per the description in our booking. The exterior door was a bit damaged from the weather, but it still worked (thank goodness). Otherwise everything was great.

The room was very comfortable and clean, it was nicer than I was expecting.

The look of the room inside is asking for fresh paint. Especially the ceiling (our room was on the ground floor). The faucet in the kitchenette sink needs repair. The bathroom fan makes loud noise, so we did not use it.

The location is great - the access to the beach is across the road from the hotel. The reception staff is amazing. The cleaning ladies would ask if we needed cleaning/supplies every morning. They would give us extra coffee packets and water bottles. The mattresses - they are firm! Best sleep in my life! The kitchenette - a small refrigerator with a coffee machine.

We requested ground floor and were able to park right outside. The room was big, bed comfy, coffee maker, ac, WiFi, fridge, good shower. Convenient location. Non smoking. Ate at Charley’s Rock right across the street , shrimp tacos and crab tostadas were good.

My room had no clean sheets as I found them a bit dirty with stains and hair remains. Reception staff is nice but may not complete your requests or may do so wrongly.

Location is good. Reception area is fairly nice with air conditioning.

I loved the location and my room was spacious and well-lit, with a small patio and next to the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, owned by the same person; and had a fantastic experience there.

Its a very old construction (or it looks like) and needs a lots of repairs and maintenance. The garden is totally abandoned, so sad because it was beautiful.

Locate close to a good restaurant (Los Arbolitos) and a good Restaurant & Beach Club (Maukaa). Easy acces to a public beach (1 minute walking).

The rooms need to be updated. doors don't close properly,etc. For the money, it should be in better condition. When it was Best Western, it was ikept in much better shape.

lights above both mirrors did not work which was an inconvenience. My room was on the side of the building away from the pool on the ground floor where wifi was virtually nonexistent except for one corner of the room. It looked on the parking lot so having the blinds up was not feasible, making it dark.

The pool is lovely and my room was comfortable. Bed was very firm, which I like.
