Our hotel’s style is a vintage, repurposed project, and we understand that it might not be the right fit for everyone. We also recognize that certain things—such as the internet being spotty during stormy weather—are unfortunately beyond our control, though we will continue working to improve it. Regarding the noise, as always, this is something we communicate to all guests prior to booking and upon arrival. Our location is in the very heart of the city, which comes with both the advantage of being central to tourist sites and the reality of city sounds, especially on weekends. We understand this is not for everyone, and if avoiding stairs or external noise is a priority, we recommend guests take this into account before booking. About breakfast, bringing it upstairs is never an issue for our team — we are happy to serve and want every guest to feel at home. The “serve yourself” concept is simply designed for comfort and flexibility, not to limit service. As for reception, our team members take on multiple roles to offer a more personalized experience for the few guests we host at a time. This means you might not always see someone at the desk, but we are always just a WhatsApp message away — something we encourage all guests to use for faster assistance. Regarding the noise, we understand it can be disruptive, and we truly regret that it affected your rest. That said, as part of a working bakery and kitchen, early morning activity is part of the experience and context we communicate clearly in advance. We do our best to minimize impact, but some level of morning noise is inherent to the space and its operation. Regarding breakfast, while it officially begins at 8:30 AM in line with the restaurant opening (for guests who wish to order eggs or other prepared dishes), we always ensure that the breakfast spread — including fresh fruit, coffee, and other options — is available before 8:00 AM for those who wish to start their day earlier. As for the neighborhood activity, we understand it can be disruptive at times. Being located in the historic district means we're surrounded by ongoing restoration and city life, and we do make a point to inform all our guests about this at the time of booking, as it’s part of the reality of staying in such a vibrant and evolving area.
