It is situated in the middle of a busy area so was quite noisy which I imagine light sleepers may find difficult to deal with. There was no lift so you may struggle with heavy luggage if you have a room on the upper floors. There was no catering on site so we were given a voucher for a restaurant across the road for breakfast. They stated it was an American breakfast but it was awful

The staff were lovely, very friendly & helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out so we could visit the beach before heading to Cozumel. The hotel looked great & in the heart of the action so everything was accessible.

The elevator is still not working it’s been months. Checking in we had someone bring our bags up but checking out they took more than 45 minutes to have someone help us so we wound up dragging them down the steps ourselves. We were packed for a week’s vacation and only stayed there for the first night so imagine the size of our luggage that we had to drag down 3 flights of stairs.

I love the location. We were a few steps from the main Avenue.

*Very noise they had construction all morning/ afternoon couldn't take a nap. *No cups are available, iron. Coffee maker. *They guys in parking lot not polite. *The pool was dirty

The smell of sewage In our bathroom it reeks and Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Basic cable maybe 5 channels in Spanish and options for Netflix and YouTube doesn’t work due to the wifi.

Property is in a prime location close to many restaurants, across the street from the mall, and everything is walking distance.

The hotel looks great, but quite a few things were not quite right. The biggest one was the lift not working so carrying suitcases up and down stairs wasn't great. Then there were little things with the showers, TVs and light switches that were not 100%.

If you like to be in the middle of all the action then this is the place. Great location, but with that does come some noise.

Friendly staff. Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was included at a restaurant across the road. It was a little loud due to the pubs but that is to be expected in a central location.

If you want a quiet place, it’s maybe not the best to sleep (music until 2:00am. This hotel is in the center of playa del Carmen. Perfect place if you want to party!

The place is great, the room was clean, confortable and the personal was kind a professional. We had a good time there.

Pool and lounge area needs more work, updating, and cleaning and doesn't look as great as the photos online. The cushions on the lounge chairs need more thorough cleaning. The club attached to the hotel is very noisy and can be heard through the windows so I would not recommend to stay in this hotel if customers are light sleepers. There is no table or chair in the room to do work and the wifi did not work for some days, so for digital nomads they may not want to book this hotel.

Great location on 5th Avenue and close to the beach. Excellent staff that go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. Room cleaning and towel replacement was very good.

All extra accessories of the hotel are really obsolete All the facilities have got an old system for electricity and plumbing So nothing is working properly

The property is really stylish a boutique hotel in the heart of Playa del Carmen The jacuzzi is a master for your qualitative time after the beach or excursions

Rooms weren’t cleaned, they just made the bed and took the trash out, not even the toilet was cleaned nor the hot tube. No elevator but that wasn’t that bad. Music from the bar on the outside was incredible loud every night from 8 to midnight. Our reservation included breakfast but we asked for hot water for a tea instead of a complete breakfast for a person and they charged us almost 3 USD dollars which was kinda disappointing

The location is central but very loud if you are new to playa del carmen be aware the music outside is loud until 3am. Staff were not too helpful with some things we needed and the lifts didn’t work. Wi-Fi also doesn’t work.

The breakfast you were able to choose from the restaurant was bad. A piece of toast and couple of slices of fruit. Better to not buy the breakfast option and have breakfast elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and special thanks to Sergio! Location was the best possible. Expect to hear some Bad Bunny from the bar next door [we didnt mind it! :)] The room was pretty.

I wish the electricity can run while we are out. It was very hot when we come back from a night out and had to turn back on again the AC . the jacuzzi room we booked, there were some things that came out of like liming scale and it didn't look good and we didn't use the jaccuzi because of that (i provided picture to staff and email the hotel, but no response)

The elevator was broken, and it was entirely too hot to go up and down several flights of steps.

We loved the location, it was perfect! Very lively, beautiful, and well maintained. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Property was ok , and scary me and my husband got stacks in the elevator, that was the most scary stressful thing ever, i never experienced a day like that , i hope there fix it. That the reason I will never stay in the hotel anymore, there won’t see me anymore. Till now I’m still thinking about it , I’m afraid to get in any elevator .
