The neighbouring location had a festival with very loud music on one day

Room was really good with quiet airco. Our breakfast included eggs of our choice and that made for a very fine breakfast. Manager was very friendly and did his best to help us with our concerns. I enjoyed using the SUP stand up paddle boards which were free to use.

More lounge chairs would be better, there was only 2 lounge chairs by the lagoon which was not enough. The property next door, had very loud music starting 8am in the morning, also they were doing some work with loud noises very early in the morning everyday which makes the relaxing unpleasant. While this is not directly hotels faults, it impacts the guest's stay.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, well maintained. Staff was friendly. The location was great, close to everything.

Wifi doesn’t work!! Had to go and stay by front desk to be able to use!! Not a great thing for such a nice and classy place!! WiFi is A MUST!!! Nowadays.

The only thing I didn't really like about this place is that they open up the pool and facilities for day use so you get a number of people coming to use the hotel but who aren't actually staying there.

This was a lovely little cluster of cottages right in front of the lagoon. A great bar and restaurant on site, the food we had was really good and great value for the price. Hotel guests have access to free use of kayaks and paddle boards, which is really cool to go out and paddle around and swim in the azure blue lagoon.

The restaurant has decent food, reasonably priced, but service is a bit hit and miss sometimes. We also preordered breakfast for 7:30 and the manager assured us it will be ready by then. Sadly it wasn’t, we had to wait for the food to be cooked and ended up asking for it to be packed to go. We were late for our boat tour and had to eat our eggs etc with hand as no cutlery was included. The lakefront area of the restaurant needs a net or some sort of tarp for rain and cover - rain, leaves, insects and bird poop will eventually season your food unexpectedly 🙃

We had a room on the first floor which was perfect. The access to the lake is great, they have everything you need (kayaks, vests, etc) provided for the guests for free. Rooms are well-maintained, clean, and the bed is so comfy. The lake is beautiful.

The bungalows are a bit close to each others. You can easily see inside your neighbour. A lot of kids so sometimes noisy. The breakfast was OK but Don t eat there the rest of the time.

Lovely setting in a middle of a tropical garden and by the lake. Get up at dawn and go on the pier. Sit down and watch the sunrise. It s outstandly beautiful, calm and relaxing. Modern design bungalow with everything you need.

Very atmospheric hotel, comfortable rooms great location - on the lake shore, close to the city, and at the same time quiet and peaceful. Great food, nice service. I recommend!!!

Rather than something I didn't like, comment for a hotel where I had a great time that I couldn't be more satisfied with: There was no separate ventilation in the shower room, so it seemed like it would be difficult to manage the humidity, which wasn't uncomfortable at all but I hope the quality of this space is maintained for a long time. Also, on a dark night, it might feel a bit far to walk back from the centro. (Some streetlights did not work.)

Their people, hospitality, vibes, foods, amenities and most of every others. It was the best accommodation where I could experience adventure, people, freedom and memories after a long time.

The location and facilities are great and the staff is fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, helpfull, and super relaxed. Overall this stay far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is super cozy and looks beautifull!

Just a bit of a walk into town, but happy to compromise on this for the laguna location.

Amazing spot right on the laguna. Beautiful rooms. Attentive staff. Canoes and kayaks free to use. Easy parking.

Smell of humidity in the room. Loud music coming from the neighbors is conflicting with the loud music from the hotel. They need to figure something out because this is not relaxing at all.

The only thing is that in our room, the shower window had no cover…sooo everyone from the restaurant next door can see into the shower…it was kind of weird…until I made eye to eye contact with the Cook from the restaurant…

This is a small boutique Hotel that is perfectly placed on the Lagoon! What is awesome is that you may borrow kayaks & paddle boards and enjoy the beautiful lagoon! We enjoyed the views, the restaurants are decently priced, not cheap but not over the top expensive. The rooms are a good size and the decor and style is super nice, the pool was perfect, not big but just great to have a little swim. And at least the water was not hot so it was refreshing. Service was great, all staff members we dealt with were awesome! You are here for the views, the swim in the lagoon and the water activities. Taxi from the ADO terminal cost 70$ Pesos and 10 minute ride. Walk to the Zocalo is 20 minutes.

The water pressure and water temp in the shower were not great. The first evening into the night, there was very loud music coming from the neighboring hotel. But the next day it was quiet again. The staff, while friendly, did not go out of their way to provide tourist info or suggestions or even towels. Only on the 2nd day did we learn we could take towels with us outside the hotel to Los Rapidos. They would've been nice to have the day b4 when we were at the lagoon.

The hotel was beautiful - right on the lagoon. The private dock and use of kayaks and SUP made for a really fun afternoon. The food was excellent, if not a little pricey - but worth it. The music in the background was great and at a low volume. The fact that there were only 9 rooms made the stay quiet and pleasant. Overall, a good stay.

The room was slightly small for four of us. Lots of mosquitoes (in the town as well). The inclusive breakfast was limited.

The location was fabulous. Right beside the lake only a short walk into the centre of town. The room was comfortable. The hotel buildings were very pretty. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didnt like was the coffee 🙂. Our room needed minor reparations that should be taken care of to maintain the quality of the hotel. For example the safe didnt work, and the shower head needs to be replaced.

We do wish the property toilets in the rooms had quicker flushing water power, we were filling bottles just so you wouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes to flush after someone else. The hotel sold bug spray in the lobby but that was about it, no snack or drink options so you didn’t have to run to a store. The water they provide in the room is never cold or refrigerated which was a bit of a let down when it’s 91 degrees out and all you want is a cold beverage.

Great location, direct access to the lagoon! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our down time here.
