It was a bit cold at night even with two blankets so I thought about asking if there was an electric heater but managed to keep warm at night by layering and wearing my puffy jacket to bed. Also I missed having a full length mirror.

The location is convenient to the markets and Centro and the kitchenette allowed me to eat an early breakfast. There was hot water for the shower. I liked the entry hall with Frida Kahlo portraits. The blue facade of the hotel makes it very easy to recognize. The street vendors had quesadillas and fresh strawberries at the market price or less and it was good.

The rooftop deck is in beautiful condition with amazing views. Adds a lot to this property. Room is dark (no natural light) but complete with all the basic needs. Cualquier problema se solucionó pronto. Muy fácil caminar a todo, definitivamente regresaría.

- Room was super dark. Since there was no AC maybe it's better that way for the heat, but not nice if you plan to spend some time in the room during the day. - Lots of video surveillance cameras in the common areas, some people might think it's good for security but I don't, and I think it should be specified on the Booking listing, and it's not. What happens with the images taken by the cameras ? Did I sign an agreement about it ?

We had a fan room which was our choice but at this time of year it would.probabky be too hot for some people. Barking dogs at night- bring earplugs!

We had room 11 on the top floor with french doors and a little Juliette balcony. The room was spacious and the little kitchen was functional. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The location was good, too, not too far from the old town, shops, restaurants and the bus terminal. Good communication with the hosts. .

The host was very helpful when I told him that the room was too dark. He changed me room. Then I had a problem with the internet with the second room. I let the host know about it and he was very patient and helpful. He made sure to fix the issue as soon as he can.

At first we had a shower problem where it wouldn’t shut off. But they fixed it the next day. Which is great customer service.

Quiet, close to the market and a ten minute walk downhill from the center. The terrace offers GREAT views perfect for sun sets and a clear view of the main church

we had chosen on the booking app for an extra fee a room with king size bed balcony with view no such thing here on the phone with management we were told that booking made a mistake in the description and that the extra fee was for king size bed only be warm there is only 3 room with so call balcony there is no view from any of the room in these premises. Considering everything it is very good place and I would go back again management did not refunded the difference but offered cancelation at not cost we did not take this offer and enjoyed a great stay instead

the lady looking after the cleaning. and costumers was very welcoming to the point that she provided us with her own fan when we asked if there was any in the room the location was quiet and within walking distance to everything room was great with opening windows good kitchen appliances

No window It was supposed to be a kitchenette. The hose under the sink broke and all the water went through over the floor then they fixed it and it broke again.

There was no breakfast. The host did not speak English communication was difficult.

Tenants should know to wear tennis shoes for safety when walking on the street in front of the hotel. It is also a very steep street so be ready for a workout. I don’t recommend if you have a lot of luggage unless you are in the first floor the stairs to upper floors are steep and not wide. Could be dangerous.

Very quiet neighbourhood with a short 80 peso taxi ride to about anywhere. Everything you need for a short or long stay is just a 5 minute walk downhill. (Prepare for the walk back uphill) room #7 spacious clean great light and basic kitchenette. I will be back

Dark bathroom with a tiny mirror, cannot do propermake up without looking like a clown, not enough space for my toiletries, shower curtain had mold. Also on sunday there was no water for showering, they tried to fix it but only thee smallest amount of water came throught to finish , took me over an hour to rinse
