Some guests were smoking in the room, so the corridor smelled bad. Rooms are outdated, needs some renovation, But for that price in this neighbourhood is what you get.

The location is Perfect ! Loads of nice little hip cafes and restaurants around. The Craft beer bar downstairs is a gem, great selection ! Staff was very friedly and spoke good english!

Construction in the property. Minor issues in room in the begining however staff helped sort them out.

They were doing HVAC work. There was all kind of dirt coming through the vents in the kitchen and bathroom. It was very loud, too. Also, only have the lights and outlets worked.

Location. If the construction wasn't going on and all the electrical worked, I think it'd be an awesome hotel.

The only downside was the music from the craft beer bar downstairs - maybe this is an issue only on the first floor.

A good hotel in a great location (a beautiful park with fountain and artworks). The room was actually a suite.

The "breakfast included" is a cup of coffee, a little plate with sliced fruit, and a slice of lightly toasted already buttered white bread. Nothing else

Very attentive and helpful staff, great location right in front of a beautiful plaza, many nice restaurants around, starbucks accross the plaza.

Breakfast was very basic. You have to actually ask for marmalade every time, otherwise it's bread, butter a bit of fruit and coffee, unless you pay extra. They don't seem to know how to deal with cold weather, not a heater sight.

I had a room with a balcony which was fabulous.

If i have to find something I didn't like, it will be the pillows, a bit hard for my neck but that's all I see :)

We loved the extra large bed, the fact that the hotel is not directly on the street and definitively the location. The neighborhood is very lovely with a lot of cafe and restaurant.

We changed from a large 2-room suite in the back where the restaurant ventilation system made noise to a quieter but smaller room facing Plaza Luis Cabrera.

A tip is to check your reservation before you arrive so you get the room you have booked from the start. Some rooms are located in the middle of the hotel and are pretty cold so if you want a warmer room with a view you should ask for a room towards the street/plaza. Though it's always cold inside Mexican houses so bring your pyjamas and an extra sweater.

Great location in Roma, easy and safe to get around by foot. Nice restaurants nearby and pretty close to Centro Histórico (city center), museums and other places you might want to visit as a turist. Really friendly and helpful staff.

As an international Hotel I expect an English speaking staff, but they are mainly speaking only Spanish. I didn't receive the room I booked. The food was not very good. Hygienic problems in the hotel. No professional and no friendly dealing of the staff to solve the problem. Very disappointing!

A bit of a hike from transit. The bed had some kind of plasticky pad on it that made one wake up in a sweat, even in cool weather. The cleaning staff tried to install one of those blue deodorizing bricks on the side of the toilet, making the whole room reek, but they took it away when I asked.

Quiet, pleasant neighborhood, overlooking a park with a fountain (which for some reason they turn off at night), good restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and security seemed fine. The staff was very polite though with little English.
