Not sure it was the best value,$300/ night but it does include a restaurant breakfast. There is no beach which is not clear from the website.

Nice, comfortable rooms, good views. Supportive and helpful staff. Easy to get taxi to events. This is a much quieter location away from the chaos of North Beach area.

The housekeeping / cleaning was not "5 star" in our standards. We didn't get clean towels even thoug we stayed over a week and the floor was not clean even after cleaning. Other parts of the hotel were clean all the time. Breakfast is ala carte and there is a lot to choose from. It is very mexican - american and we kind of missed all the fresh and healthy stuff like yogurt, vegetables, cereal....Good size portions though.

The location is amazing and the service very good. Good bed and nice view from the room (we stayed in King Suite). It was easy to move around the island from the hotel and we enjoyed the silence since all the party life is on the northen part of the island. Kin Ha restaurant / beach club is great!

Wonderful hotel! The property is amazing! We booked an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The property also has an infinity pool with just as gorgeous view as the site’s photos. If not better! The hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant, Kin Ha, that has a gorgeous dock and water front lounging area. It is very nice as the best loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast that comes with the room is excellent. You can eat at Kin Ha or go to Mayan Club at Playa Norte (the downtown busy part of the island). The staff were all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

beautiful views and authentic Mexican architecture Chris and Carlos were so helpful setting up our transportation and getting us a golf cart for our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

It was not a problem for us, as we rented a golf cart to move around, but it's a bit away from the north part of the island with has the very nice Playa Norte beach. Not a problem at all for us, but take it into account of you are staying at this hotel.

The facilities are great. You are away from the most touristy area of the island, in a nice place near the south tip. The hotel is great, with a nice private pool and a great view. It's also paired with a beach-club that you can access as you want. It was a great few days for some family rest for some "time in paradise". And the staff and owner were always very helpful!

shower was not hot. Lower pools were not clean. Stick to the upper pool or really the docks/beach are the best.

First of all the location is perfect. Despite what we had heard, Isla Mujeres was not at all “laid back”…it was the most crowded place we visited on our trip to Riviera Maya but Casa de Los Suenos, at the southern end of the island was away from the hustle. It has a local flavor and most of the people using the pool and beach were not guests of the hotel but rather nearby regulars paying per day use. We loved this about it. The beach/pool/dining/bar area was a lot of fun, very lively. Excellent food there with multiple levels and activities we all enjoyed. It just had a great vibe and energy. The little rope swing and decent snorkeling were highlights

we didn’t stay long enough

I honestly don’t think we will ever stay in a nicer hotel in the western hemisphere. We stayed in the serenity suite and the tripsdcisor photos don’t do it justice, it’s massive and the view from the jacuzzi and shower is incredible They reserve the premium seats on the deck for hotel guests The food was incredible The staff could not do enough for you, especially Carlos and the owner when I couldn’t make the parking brake on my golf cart work.

The mini fridge, although being well-stocked, was quite noisy and the room was never cleaned or re-made, which might be normal practice in the hotel, but we would have preferred otherwise.

Hygiene facilities were very good as well as the beds and pretty much every other part of the room. Great view of the beach, amazing swimming pool and the staff gave useful recommendations.

when we arrived we had some problems with breakfast, the booking we made trough here was not the same they had, so they wanted us to pay extra for one more person, after that, we had a feeling that one of the two receptionist didn’t like us very much and we didn’t do anything wrong, we showed them booking confirmation etc. not a great feeling. The beds in the room was really bad sleeping in - way to soft and noisy. the room was okay but dark and needed some love. the restaurant is ok but not great food a stranded I guess. The pool area buy the beach looked a bit sad and need some love too, but was functional

Some people might be disappointed there aren’t tv’s in the rooms.

The property is so open and airy! The infinity pool is so clean and inviting. This resort only offers eleven rooms so I never had to jockey for a seat by the pool - I actually never shared the sundeck with more than two people during my entire stay.

Could have used a real couch or a couple of chairs to sit on inside the room. Also an outlet near the bed for the CPAP machine.

Great staff and excellent swimming and snorkelling. Take the collective outside the hotel room to get into town centre.
