The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a shared kitchen area, which was very nice, with a water cooler for everyone. The property is right by the beach so it is just a very quick walk to get there. You cannot ask for more kind and attentive staff. They are always there to help.

Very spacious room with comfortable beds! We loved our stay at Casa Hood, Gina is the best host - she recommended so many good places and organized amazing massages and a kayak tour for us. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Holbox!!

Great place !! Ideal combination of modern and functional. Rooms are well equipped, beds comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you might need and a rooftop pool is a cherry on top. Plus the manager is super helpful with everything. Truly recommend.

The only thing I would have liked was some chairs to sit outside to make use of the large outdoor space we had outside of our room.

Great location from the beach! Nice to fill up water bottles at the cooler in the kitchen before heading out. Modern and clean building and a very peaceful stay.

For the length of time stayed, it seemed like we got the bare minimum of towels, toilet paper, and hand towels. To clarify, we asked for more toilet paper and it was promptly delivered. Turns out the silhouette of us using shower and toilet could be seen from the street (through frosted glass). We ended up showering in the dark to maintain our privacy.

Great deal and location. Within walking distance to the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quickly responded to questions and in general very helpful.

The hotel is very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. The bedrooms are a good size with great air conditioning and the shared kitchen and dining area is such a nice and useful space. Georgina is a really welcoming host; she's so kind and helpful.

Would have loved to have a hair dryer and some night stand.

Great stay, close to the beach and city center, yet silent and peaceful. It was nicely decores (minimal), extremely clean, building is new and pool was amazing. Gina was a great host, she made the stay even better, with her tips about the island and fun conversation. We ended up staying extra days as we enjoyed it so much, would definitely come back!

Loved everything about the place.

Majestic find, large room with beautiful stone floors throughout. The shower was huge and the rain head faucet made for a wonderful experience. The host Gina was fabulous and responsive to our needs. The location is fantastic and just steps from a beautiful beach area to watch the sunrise/sunset.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Everything! Gina, the host, was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The location was just a few minutes walk to the quieter end of the beach and it’s a lovely walk along to the busier part and the town. The property and room were beautifully finished with all the amenities you need. I would 100% stay again and would recommend it to everyone! We didn’t use the rooftop pool as the beach is so close but you can see the sea from the top.

Everything! The place is beautiful. The room is nice and clean. The common areas are big and the view is stunning. You can see the sunset from the roof. Almost in front of the beach and close enough to walk to the center, but also peaceful at night. It's the perfect place to stay in Holbox. Also that part of the beach is quiet and clean.

The location is far from the center, we had troubles with the door and lock, and there was sand and ants in the room.

Jessica is really nice, the room was big, and the shower was good, the bed was very comfortable.
