The water in the shower did not get hot but it didn’t matter because it was so hot outside the cool water was pleasant.

Great location, two blocks to the cenote and one block to the main square. Nice pool, cold aircon and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was 130 pesos and freshly prepared. Valladolid is a pretty town with plenty to see. San Roca is not as fancy as a couple of other places in town but it has everything you need at the right price.

We had a quite small room with no windows so it did feel a bit too small for a family of 4. Also there are no blankets on top of the sheets so it was quite hard to sleep with the ac on without it getting too cold. Another nice thing would have been to have a kettle to be able to make coffee

The hotel is very central so that was the best thing about the hotel. It was also really clean and the ac was working perfectly.

The hotel is located right in the center of town. Great location! Staff was great and very accommodating. We had issues with the air conditioning and it was solved immediately! The owner came down and offered us a complementary breakfast!

great location close to the centre square. Cute little hotel with very big rooms, staff was very friendly. We did not try the breakfast because we were always going on early trips, but the staff prepared lunch boxes with sandwhiches, fruit and a juice for us instead. That was super nice :)

Be careful of the slippery patio near the swimming pool if you have wet feet. It's fairly similar in the rooms after a shower. We lost running water briefly - 20 mins or so.

Absolutely excellent staff. My partner was on the tail end of a short but intense bout of food poisoning and was struggling in the heat. We booked last minute to gather ourselves before moving on from Valladolid and they couldn't have been better in accommodating us and managed to get our room cleaned and ready a few hours early and we're attentive to my partners needs offering soothing tea, a lovely breakfast - which we hadn't booked. Such a relief and really set us straight for the rest of the trip. Room was ultra clean and comfortable. Really good AC and fan light. They provide a little bottle of water and a fridge to keep food / drinks cool. Location is a couple of minutes from the plaza. Thanks so much!!!

This is a well located, clean hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was very safe and close to many cafes and restaurant. The morning breakfast that was included was very good and the service at the seating area was amazing. the pool area was a nice surprise although we were too busy to get much use of it. Excellent location in the centre of Valladolid. Nice room, comfortable bed, strong wifi, leafy green interior, traditional style. Good desayunos. It was just a one night visit to have dinner with friends, but Valladolid has a welcoming atmosphere and we would definitely stay longer next time. Casa San Roque is an ideal choice.
