There are too many stairs, not a hotel for older people or people with knee problems.

the staff was very friendly and willing to help us in every aspect. although we arrived very early, They offered to installed us in our room while we were gone once the rooms were ready. She showed us around the hotel.

All was good.

The front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was large and the heat worked really well, as we stayed there on one of the coldest days in January! Loved how bright the light was in the bathroom - a 1st for us in our many travels in Mexico. Comfy bed and enjoyed how the TV offered Netflix. Thank you!

The water pressure in the shower was low. The hot water was lukewarm, which was uncomfortable, especially during cooler mornings or evenings. While the overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent, the issues with the water system significantly impacted my experience. I hope management takes steps to improve this for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while some aspects were enjoyable, others fell short. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more welcoming. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with tidy common areas and a sense of care in how it was presented.

Great, quiet and beautiful place. The rooms are nice and big, clean and plenty of furniture for clothing. Bathrooms are clean and big. Staff is friendly and accommodating and helpful. Located in a safe zone and close to shopping.

Hotel Casa Tequis is one of the most comfortable places to stay in San Luis. It certainly is one of of the most unusual, in a very positive sense. All rooms have an individual touch and are very well kept and clean. The staff, at the reception and housekeeping, is excellent. With a perfect location, between Carranza and Cuauhtémoc there are plenty of opportunities for breakfast around. Street parking is easy to find, especially at night and on weekends.

THERE WAS NP BREAKFAST OFFERED AT THE HOTEL BUT TEH STAFF SEND ME TO A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND Y MAS GREAT PLUS OFFER ME A 15% BECAUSE OF THE HOTEL STAY.

I was on the third floor so there were a lot of stairs (although that did give me a cool view) but if I forgot to fill my water bottle at the water filter I had to go back down then up which could get tiring. That was only a minor inconvenience though and did not make me think of the hotel negatively.

The location was very convenient, easy to get to downtown/old town and close to a main road with many options for food nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

unfortunately not all rooms/suites have windows and therefore it is quite dark.

it’s a beautiful old house with large suites. the staff is very friendly and we managed to communicate despite the language barrier. right around the corner there are many good restaurants and cafes.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was spacious, clean with a door to the balcony and a nice view. Loved that there was a table and chairs to do some work.

The door is always locked so you must ring the buzzer to gain access. I stood outside at night for a solid 10 -15 min at times trying to get back in. The showers are fairly cold and you can hear everything in the hotel (but it’s an old building.

The property itself is really pretty and in a good area for restaurants. It’s about a 20 min walk to the cities historic center.

The room was assigned for us it was beside a noisy avenue couldn’t sleep that night. We asked for different room in first floor but they had only 2nd. complicated for my elders parents to climb stairs. Disappointed about this.

It’s located in a beautiful neighbourhood of San Luis Potosí. Easy access to everything.
