Beach club music next door. Pile of sea grass and trash right in front of our bungalow with beach view.

On the beach location is excellent! The beach club next door party into the night not so excellent as we were sold on the zen quiet cool vibe of coco tulum. Being right next door to a beach club doesn’t fit. Breakfast is mediocre and not ready at 7:30 as stated when you have to be somewhere at 8. Seagrass is raked up by opposing teams on either side but seems to be all put right in front of the expensive beach view bungalow we paid for: we got this pile of trash and it’s smell along with our beautiful beach view. Overall service is great, but there are details that need improvement.

The water bowl for our sandy feet took a bit to be filled after we got there. And at times some response times between messages were drawn out when asking for answers of surrounding services. But nothing considered that bad.

We loved the location of T3, great view. We also loved the location, the beach was very nice and quiet. Great beach chair set up, and nice to have both sun and shaded chairs. We also liked the included speaker in the room, very much used.

Waiting time for food (breakfast) was very long.

We had a cabin with bathroom near the beach which was absolutely beautiful in November. The staff was amazing, the location as well. Very chill private beach. I wish we had stayed longer.

The shared bathrooms... omg.. having to worry about going down the stairs just to use the facilities was quite cumbersome. especially at night. But I made do.

The beach access is definitely number 1 with Coco for me! It was super quaint, I haven't had a good night's sleep in a while. The waves from the ocean, nice bed at Coco made that possible! The staff were very patient,.kind and ready to find a solution to everything! Thanks to Mathias, Guy with Blue Glasses, Fernanda, and The Lady manager , I think... GREAT TEAM!

Breakfast is taking too long. Waiting 50-60min for one plate of chilaquiles is ridiculous but it’s tasty. Wifi is unstable at rooms. You can’t drink your own drinks on the beach chair as there is a beach club bar and they will not let you. I didn’t feel safe at shared women bathrooms because the cleaner was a guy and he was there randomly throughout a day so you can’t avoid it. Went around my shower twice looking inside. Lot of plastic on the beach 🥲.

Location on the beach is dreamy. Rooms look cute and clean! AC works perfectly. Staff on the reception is great and very helpful!

The staff was super accommodating and helpful! They have gone above and beyond trying to find me the best deal, whether for a scooter rental or an excursion. I really felt looked after - thank you 😊 The location is great for people who appreciate peace and quiet in the evenings. Although it is close to hustle & bustle should you wish yo venture out.

The beach club closed at 6pm . No staff . For lunch We had to wait more than 1h30 to be served. Not acceptable ! Waiters should have told us before ordering that the kitchen was slow . However, the food was tasty. No sunbed available. The breakfast is served at the sister property, you need to walk about 5 minutes but nice walk as it reachable by the beach.

The water wasn't working for about half our time there. Seemed to be an issue with the whole place. Luckily the place shares facilities with 2 other hotels nearby so we were able to shower quite easily on the beach instead of in our room.

Beautiful location. We got upgraded for free and were right on the beach the view was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The service at the restaurant (breakfast included) was horrible. We would spend at least an hour and a half having breakfast because of how slow the service was. The food was okay.

I am in love with this hotel, the location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. Love how as soon as you're outside your room you touch the sand and the beach is right there!

The place was easy access to the beach and town. They gave us an upgrade of the room. The rooms are all located on a very nice part of the beach. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful. Will come again!
