Clara was such a wonderful host. The location cannot be beat. The snorkeling at our doorstep was outstanding! We got to jump in several times a day and observe the reef, getting to know the local fish, eels, rays, urchins, anemones and even the resident sea turtle! Everything was wonderful.

Incredible views, really clean and the staff did a superb job cleaning each day, everyone very friendly, great location (for me - I prefer to be a couple minute outside downtown), easily walkable to downtown and many restaurants; water was unbeatable - snorkeling was A+ and the condo was large and comfortable

Location was good. Walkable to town plaza. Quiet property. Easy access to water. Clean sandy outside area. Large rooms and very usable kitchen. No TV but that was fine with us. Had to work some during our time there; WiFi was good. Room was clean and neat each day. Friendly staff.

Would have liked a pool on the property but we knew ahead of time it didn't have one. Mattress and pillows not as soft as we like but we slept ok. A/C kept it pretty cool inside.

Slightly out of town which was great as it was more quiet. We absolutely loved being able to jump straight off the back into crystal clear waters to snorkel. Great amenities - excellent hosts.

The host was excellent. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view and access to the ocean were amazing

This was our second time staying here. We love the condos and the easy access to great snorkeling! Clara and the staff are amazing and take care of everything you need. The location is great too - a 10-15 walk to Centro.

The place feels very private. The location is great as it is not too close to the busy part of the town, yet we could still walk to the city center in less than 10 minutes. The views are amazing. We were treated with beautiful sunsets the whole time. We could also see cruise ships coming in and out from the distance. Direct access to a snorkeling site was fantastic with several fishes, sting rays, urchins, etc. It was almost like a private beach. The room is decent with plenty of room and kitchen amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day.

Overall, we really liked the accommodation. Minor comment: More dishware, such as medium-sized bowls, would be good to have.

We chose this place based on the information in the reviews, and happy to say it was all accurate. The host and housekeeping/grounds staff are lovely. Communication is timely, location is great, snorkeling fun, beautiful sunsets, very convenient drinks in the frig (very reasonable price), no surprise costs. Due to airline delays, we arrived late on a weekend, a staff member was waiting on the front steps for us, such awesome service.

The street noise from cars, etc is noticeable.

Everything was great, the room, the view, underwater beauties, Clara the manager, everyday housekeeper Martha, kindness of them. Looking forward to visit again !

Clara our host was so friendly, we were met at the door when we arrived and were given a lovely honeymoon gift. The facilities are incredible - the room was amazing, gorgeous views, such a nice place to enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships come and go. The swimming and snorkeling was so amazing, we couldn’t believe the colour of the coral and the fish right under our ladder! The fridge was well stocked, everything is right there for you if you don’t want to go to town. The walk to town was about 15 minutes but there are great restaurants to have breakfast and dinner along the way, so you’re not far from anything. We want to say thanks so much for making our stay so special and for all the friendly assistance, especially when I got sick with the flu. Bill the owner was also super friendly and helpful! Snorkeling gear provided as well. Thanks so much again, we will highly recommend to everyone and will be back!!

Extremely kind and generous hosts - very helpful when I had questions about anything. Spacious accommodations and full kitchen - very clean and warm, inviting interiors.

Location is a bit more north than I anticipated -- requires more taxi rides than initially planned. Also, I wish getting into the water at this north point was a bit easier - less rocky and more sandy.

Bill met us at the property and provided us with detailed information on everything in the unit and around the property. The view from the room overlooks the "private" beach area, which is beautiful. There's plenty of chairs where you can relax or you can get in some really great snorkeling. I wish my stay was longer but I look forward to coming back in the fall.

This is an amazing place to stay. I cannot articulate how cool this place is. It's past it's prime as a premier hotel, but that is exactly it's advantage. I think the phrase is retro cool. You have the best views, the most accommodating staff. Beach cool. At night, the lights are off so you can enjoy the night sky and the Caribbean sea.Im a scuba diver. In front of the hotel you have snorkeling that is great for non divers and adolescent families. In fact people travel here to snorkel. So in three words; chill, beautiful,nature.

Nothing I love to feel the air from the sea. If you you dont. Best to open the shutters and put the fans on. You won't find 17 degree aircon here. The mattresses are old.

The location just North of town was perfect for snorkeling - some of the best I've ever found! Not a speck of seaweed & great water access by steps & ladders. The unit was comfy & had most everything we needed plus some groceries stocked when we got there. The huge bathtub was perfect for relaxing & reading. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but became more so as the week progressed. The sofa that my niece slept on could have been more comfortable for her. The kitchen had everything we needed & wifi was good

It would have been wonderful if there had been at least a small fresh water swimming pool or hot tub on the large terrace. There seemed to be plenty of room for either & it would have made Condumel Perfect. I would have gladly paid more for either on site

A peaceful retreat. The people are lovely and so helpful. The snorkel reef was magical. This place is like something out of a dream.

gorgeous and quiet! very simple, no cheesy resort frills, no pool, just ocean and relaxation. great bed and the waterfront location was perfect.
