I did move rooms because the first one was one that corresponded with the next room with an interior door (designed to accommodate a family). That feature made my room very loud from noise coming from the room next door. My new room was much quieter as it didn't have that connection to the next room.

Great location. Close enough to the main town to walk to different restaurants and shops but far enough away for a quiet resort feel. The property is a little dated but well maintained with plenty of nice features. The pool area is fantastic and nice terrace for breakfast overlooking their private beach area and drive center. Overall, an excellent value.

Soulless vibe to the hotel. No effort made to ensure guest were happy. Whole hotel is in need of a facelift. Would definitely not recommend all inclusive here.

The hotel is lacking some details such as toothbrush holder, soap dish, toilet brush which would give a more cosy vibe to the rooms. Generally the interior and the exterior feels a little old.

great location, not far from the city centre. Has access to the beach and great swimming pool. Good choice for the breakfast.

Since we did not have the AI option it was a little hard to pay our drinks with cash, since there was never anyone who could do it or we had to wait extra long on change.

We only stayed for two nights and did not book the AI option. The hotel is really nice (though needs some patch up in some places), but all in all we had a great room with all the amenities we hoped for. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good - nothing special! We really enjoyed the pool!

The food has not improved. Its not very good. That's the main issue with this property. I love trying new things, but most dishes were bland. The specialty nights foods were better. I don't do all inclusive, so I pay for our drinks, so it would be great if the paid drinks were better. I understand making small low quality drinks for all-inclusive people who may abuse the program, but if I'm paying full price for each drink, it should be worth it....

The wifi has greatly improved since our last visit. That made us very happy. I can see that improvements are being made. However I miss the beautiful statue that was beside the fabulous pool. Comfortable beds and great A/C. I prefer to have meals at the waterfront restaurant, I wish more meals were served there. Dinner at sunset there would be lovely!

The power went out and it was incredible hot over the night, some rooms were working on the backup generator, but ours was not. couldn’t sleep, it was very hot. There was a lizard in the room during the entire stay. Cleaning in the room was minimal. The wifi was very very bad. The breakfast was average, lunch by the pool was average too.

The room was adequate. However the door to the adjacent room (romms could be connected on demand) did not block any noise. You can follow the entire discussion of your neighbours Dinner had poor quality and limited choise.

Beach is great, but NOT sandy all the way. Water can be accessed via stairs. Offers all options from sun to shade, sunbeds and -chairs, hammocks. Direct scuba diving option from the beach! Or book a boat trip with the on-site dive-shop and embark right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Drinks at bat are good quality and cheap. {except beer}

The hotel is a bit old, needs to be renovated. They charge so much for the drinks at the hotel. It is not very close to the center, around 25 minutes of walking. There is not much to do nearby.

The breakfast was very good. It is a big and organized hotel. The beach is nice and enough. It has a big pool and nice landscaping.

The wifi can only be accessed in the lobby, which is a huge pain in the butt. As soon as you leave the lobby, you have no more connection. When I said this to the front desk man, he said that the modem was in the lobby, so that’s where the signal was…..but for such a large establishment with so many people, it would be wise to amp up the wifi.

The pools were great and spacious. The beach front is quite lovely also, tho it is separated from the hotel and is across the street. The water pressure is surprisingly strong. My showers were amazing! Some places I’ve stayed on the island only offer cleaning every few days or so, but they came by every day and cleaned my room, which surprised me. I appreciated that, and I could tell that they took Covid cleaning very seriously. Also, the tv was easy to figure out. Usually it’s not, which isn’t a huge deal, but this one was, so I was able to watch some shows in Spanish and work on my pronunciation:) The staff was super helpful also. Very kind. It’s a huge place, so just be mindful that the place may be very busy….

the interior is very basic and more like a 3 star hotel, where you only sleep between your daily activities elsewhere. bathroom is old, but shower has good warm water. the noise of the window in the room kept me up all night, was not sure whether is was wind or the walls were going to fall :) Wi-Fi in the room was not very good

great location where you can snork right at the hotel’s beach! and see sunset over Caribbean cruise ship. lots of diving activities, including night dive.

Nice room size, decent bed, good infrastructure. Nice helpful staff. Just far enough not to be bothered by parties, but close enough you can walk to all the nice places
