The only window in the room was facing the hallway and not the outside so for me it wasnt that nice, but other than that everything was fine.

It was very clean, excellent location, the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

It is a budget hotel in the middle of the town. This street is the main street and it is a party place.The hotel was very, very noisy; there was no toilet seat. There is a window in the room but it is an indoor window, it is onto the corridor. All the rooms have windows only to the corridor. This building is a long building surrounded by other ones, so they could open windows only to the inside corridor. So you can hear all other guests and next door there is a night club/bar, the loud music is on all the night. Plus there are other noises, you can hear a very loud machine? Or the voice of air-conditioning all night.

It is a very clean hotel. ADO bus terminal is 300 m. Coffee places, restaurants, shops bike/car rentals are everywhere. You are in the middle of the party place/Centro.

On the first day, we were given a room where a swarm of ants appeared, getting into our backpacks and belongings. We reported the issue to the receptionist on duty and requested a room change. The receptionist didn’t seem concerned and claimed they had no available rooms, which was clearly untrue. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but we were never offered an apology.

The property is conveniently located in the center of Tulum, with many restaurants, pubs, and clubs nearby. The room is beautifully decorated.

My room had many defects, AC remote not working, no hand towel, light bulb malfunction, shower badly installed so all the water went into bathroom and room. Mentioned to staff and they were willing to help just made my stay not ideal.

I was a little nervous cuz it's right on a busy street. But no worries! It's surprisingly quiet and chill here. It's just what I needed. It's not like I hang out in the room and when I do it's awesome air conditioning 😜

There is no outside window in the room so it's a bit dark.

The room is spacious, good bathroom, a lot of space,very clean. The hotel is right in the centre of town, easy to access restaurants, however no noise at night. The staff was really nice and attentive.

The room had no facilities for hanging clothes. No wardrobe provided nor even hooks and hangers. When I asked staff about this they simply agreed that there were none.

The location was great as its on main street and close to restraunts and bars. Room was large enough with comfortable bed and good wifi.

We never had a Hand towel, we had to ask for the shampoo in the second day. The towels were not in good conditions, some of them ripped off in the borders. The rooms are not sound proof so I could hear the people on the other rooms, the birds in the morning, the cars, even the people talking by phone 6 am in the morning in the balcony.

The location, the room was spacious enough. It was spotless.

The room is in need of repairs. My bathroom didn't have a toilet seat and had to ask them to fix it. The bathroom door was also damaged plus the bedsheets had stains.

There are no windows to the outside, only to the main hall and it was pretty noisy. There were no filtered water to use like in most hotels so you need to buy your own.
