Location in center of town so walk-able to places I wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly and offered suggestions places to eat. Easy to access the building and room.

Club half block away was very loud Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night until 2am.

Location, staff, ac, shower and wifi work well

No lobby area to relax. No chair/sofa to sit in room. Steep and lots of steps to our room.

Artful decorated small boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. Nice bathroom with rainhead shower. We had the room in this picture which had no window to the street. There was a frosted window to the corridor to let in natural light. There is a night club on the same street open Thurs to Saturday. It is very noisy, less so for our room without a window to the street. It's in a great location in the historic centre close to bars, restaurants, museums and boutiques.

No elevator as it is an older historic building. The owner helps carry your bags up and down the stairs which is nice. If you have bad knees as I do it's a bit hard going down the stairs.

Poor/few amenities, no breakfast although the advertisement said it was included. The remote control and tv’s did not worked properly. Shower floor slippery, needed a Matt, water spilled out of the shower. No hangers on closets, etc.

The location can't be beat. You're a block or two from three plazas, in the middle of the centro historico.

I arrived at 4 p.m. The door was locked. Nobody answered the buzzer. I waited four or five minutes, then went for a walk. When I sent a What'sApp message to the hotel, I got a quick response, and there was somebody to check me in when I returned. But when you're running a hotel, being there when guests arrive to check in is one of the basics, and this hotel failed on that. (At least leave a note on the door saying when you'll be back, although even that wouldn't be great.)

This hotel had a number of Pros including convenient location in the historic city center, friendly and helpful owners/staff, and comfortable outdoor terrace. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable and overall we were very happy with our stay. One thing to note is that the beds were VERY firm. If you like a firm mattress, then you'll be happy. If you like some give in your mattress, then you will likely find the mattress to be uncomfortable.

There were only a couple of Cons that I can think of including the "hot" water is more accurately described as "warm" and the shower in our bathroom had a window that overlooked the stairs in the hotel hallway. If someone were walking up the stairs while we were taking a shower and the window was open, they'd get a chest-up view of whoever was in the shower.

Location in the historic center of town is secure. My room was well appointed and spotlessly clean.

Parking is a few blocks away.

My room was noisy, anytime some arrived you could hear them... and they can probably hear you. People came down early in the morning and woke me up. The hair dryer didn't work.

The reception desk was accommodating and welcoming!

The mattress wasn´t comfortable, but I didn´t make a big deal about it since I was only there for 2 nights.
