Absolutely beautiful hotel. It felt traditional and authentic, and yet it appears to be recently remodeled. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful garden. Great location a couple of blocks from the Zocalo

Hotel was central to most things. Beautiful garden and a plus was the small continental breakfast provided everyday. Just the necessities.

It’s a very new hotel. Location is great. The architectural design, construction materials, functionality, ease of operations, use of natural light, comfortness, are all perfect. the atrium is very nice. they make best use of natural light and fresh air. The first time I saw that beds are built solid from the ground with concrete. Everything is squeaky clean, for example the floor tiles don’t stick dirt and dries quickly. There’s complimentary breakfast and water. The room is cleaned everyday, but luckily they respect conservation and don’t change the bedsheets.. The entire atmosphere is very thoughtful for guests. they don’t serve protein for breakfast, but the very nice lady made scramble eggs for me.

We loved the hotel. It’s beautiful and quiet and exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful. The garden patio in the middle of the hotel is gorgeous and I loved meditating in the early morning.

We had our dog with us, and while there is a charge of 500 pesos, they were very welcoming and sweet with her. They also provided us with extra blankets (including one for her). The garden is lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy (we ended up just parking on the street right in front of the hotel). We really enjoyed Mascota and the climb to the top of the hill the next day.
