people are very friendly but they didn’t explain me about the A/C until a night before my check out and some nights was very hot . ( I stay over there 1 week ) but besides that everything was good .

Can't complain, I was out every day all day. Did not have time to stay in and explore anything in the hotel.

When traveling I always have a hard time sleeping but I Loved the comfy of the Bed and was able to sleep in.

Booked this hotel due to the proximity of a family wedding in Guadalajara. This Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was conveniently located to the wedding venue. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable too.

You have to ask the front desk for irons. I know its asking for a lot in Mexico, but a mini fridge would put the room over the top.

The hotel is very clean and helps you to feel very safe. The breakfast is great providing some staples and then a good rotating variety, their staff is so attentive and helpful. From the hotel staff at the front desk (Imelda who was great at keeping our group together), housekeeping to the excellent Capitan at in the dining area, so attentive so helpful. The location is great outside the back patio are a movie theater and various restaurants to choose from. Its a shopping mall with trendy restaurants so its not cheap but it is convenient. The hotel itself is clean, accommodating and helpful perfect for a family stay. There is a safe in the room and the cable selection is very wide also they have lots of outlets. We were on the 6th floor very quiet and walls are reasonable thick. Beds were comfortable with wide pillow selection. The location is very convenient adjacent to shops, gas stations and restaurants. The room was large, the bathroom has a walk in shower.

The only negative is that it is not close to downtown Guadalajara or Telaquepaque, two areas which visitors like to see. It is more for the traveler passing through Guadalajara.

For Americans traveling in Mexico, this is a great hotel. The staff is excellent. The location is in a collection of restaurants with a movie theater. The free breakfast is extensive ( they will cook your eggs to order). It is extremely safe. The rooms are comfortable and modern but not elegant. A perfect travelers hotel.

Very clean. Modern design and look. Very impressive. Great breakfast buffet that was included with the room price. And an alcoholic drink voucher as well.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in other rooms. There was a guy talking in the corridor for around 2 hours and made sleep very hard. The sound also from the nearby plaza is high so it makes it hard to rest.

We had a terrible experience, the room had a hard bed, we couldn't sleep in it, we changed to a suite and the air conditioning didn't work.

Much noise day and night, even at breakfast. Not quite clean at restaurant. On top of everything, I stayed only one night, and they charged my account twice and refuse to return to me!!! I consider it the worst as I travel a lot and this is my first complaint! It’s unfair when they double charge and refuse to even call of write me. I’ve discussed this on phone several times and obviously they don’t care!!!
