One of the beds in the suite was very noisy and needs to be replaced. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud. I thought the price for breakfast was somewhat expensive for those staying in the hotel. I did not see a menu in the room, I may have seen one in the main lobby.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is kept clean, the shopping mall/ shopping center is within walking distance, pool for the kids, U.S. consulate is across the street, and the Central Park is nearby. The small kitchenette and the huge refrigerator. Laundry is available as well, along with a small market, which consists mainly of snacks. Grocery stores nearby. Overall, it's a great place to stay if your stay is going to be more than a couple of days.

Everything was great.

Near to all places by walking didn’t take long to go and get something to eat or entertain, thanks to the great location besides that 3 to 5 minutes by walking to the Consulado .

Though the room is superb in terms of space and equipment, and you have a microwave oven, a small kitchenette is not equipped with anything – not a single cup/dish/fork – nothing. If you are to cook – good luck! This is disappointing actually. What's the point in having a kitchenette if you can't even pour yourself a glass of water?

Location is SUPERB: it's literally within a 2 minutes' walk from a shopping mall with lots of options where to eat and shop. It's within a 5 minutes' walk (across the street) from the US Consulate General which is very convenient. Quiet and nice.

The bathroom door open in such away that conflicts with the sink. Not enough blankets so the night was cold. Dryer machines didn’t work ok

I didn't like the additude of one of the front desk workers when I went to switch towels it was uncomfortable going to switch towels because she always had some negative things to say or rolled their eyes or almost threw my towels at me

I liked how the cleaning lady on 4th floor was very nice and easy to talk to.

there was no breakfast. We were told it was canceled The room paint in the bathroom was halfway constructed The lock on the door was cheap There was no table in the room to eat at, and there were no basic utensils. Other than that the staff was great. The place was clean and Location is excellent

The smell of the room was horrible you had close the bathroom ..Also they need do more deep cleaning in the rooms.

The size of the rooms were great and washing your clothes was cheap and easy.

Paint was peeling and nasty in bathroom. Strange smell in the room. No daily housekeeping service so the room got gross. The pool is all one depth with a ladder so little kids aren’t able to really play in it.

Location was amazing for US Consulate. Safe. Great staff. Kitchenette was convenient.

The pool was very cool my kids couldn't get it. Maybe in the future making it a heated pool would seal the deal.

Everything was great! I loved that our room had a full size kitchenette where I cooked for my family. Great location walking distance to Starbucks and the mall was the best and walking distance to everywhere.

Usually people leaving hotel early morning cause consulado works at that times..then needs Coffe or anything to eat and drinks. Thats My Main concern

The room is old, it had a funny smell when arrived like body odor, I found hair in the shower and it feels like was not clean properly
