What we did not like was that every day even as early as 6 am there were no pool chairs available. It was very disappointing. And even if people were not using them thru out the day or were done with them there was no one walking around checking and or taking off old towels that were just left behind. The room could use a little update mostly the bathrooms they were very outdated and need new mirrors could use a new tub as well a a new coat of pain in the bathroom. Other than that the room was big and very clean.

The hotel was beautiful our ocean front room view was spectacular. The restaurants were excellent our favorite two were the steak house and the hibachi asian one. We loved the beach there were was no hassle getting a chair and no one trying to sell you anything. The cafe with all the amazing coffees and the icecream for kids was the best! Kids could not get enough! The evening entertainment was also lots of fun, kids enjoyed it a lot. Housekeeping did an amazing job!

In the main dining room where the buffet was located there were many steps which made it difficult to get food on lower level and walk upstairs where we ate. On the last day we did eat on the outside patio which was easier.

Beautiful, well maintained and clean property. Food was outstanding. We tried quite a few of the specialty restaurants and were pleased with all. The staff was very friendly and attentive, starting with checkin and ending with our 3:30 am departure. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the great service most of all. Kudos to the staff and supervisors!!

I have rated the resort as `10 for overall experience and I would definitely consider staying here again but there is always room for improvement. While overall food was really good. Some of the specific food type at some of the restaurants can be hit or miss. We did not like Pizza at the Italian restaurant much. The room service menu felt limited in terms of variety. For evening entertainment again it was hit and miss. While we stayed there for a week , there was only evening entertainment of few of the days. It was nice some of the days (Mexican Fiesta, Carrebean nights ).

Service and great hospitality in general stands out. Most of the staff members go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Pool and Pool service are amazing. We hardly used the Kidz club but from what it seemed most of the kids seemed to enjoy their time there. The view from the room was amazing too. ( We got ocean front Junior Suite). While the size of the beach my feel compact to someone, it is cozy, well maintained and good size for the size of the resort. Although we hardly stepped out of the resort for anyone who is thinking about it location of the resort is not bad either. Very close to Isla Mujares Ferry, right next to Hertz Rental, Supermarket stores, flea market and clubs like Coco Bono. (All within 5 min walk distance or less)

Here are the points which are of relevance. 1. Beachfront property and almost all the rooms have a direct sea view. 2. All inclusive means everything is included except premium drinks. Like Glennfiddich, glennlivet, macallan, for which you have to pay extra. 3. Awesome pool and pool side bars serving unlimited food and drinks but you have to get the umbrella and chairs in the morning else you have to sit under the sun. 4. Amazing room service and food can be ordered in the room. Very impressive. 5. Amazing restaurants inside the resort and some of them have to be reserved. 6. Fantastic buffets and overall awesome food. 7. Hydrotherapy and spa is included but none of the massages are included. You have to pay extra. 8. All resort fees and extras are included. Nothing out of pocket after you purchase the Ll inclusive package. 9. There are some great shows that happen in the resort everyday . Do watch it 10. There are some fairs in the resort but DO NOT BUY anything from there. You will be robbed literally. A bracelet for my kid cost me 22$ which is usually 1$-2$ in USA.. 11. Local sight seeing tours from the hotel is not good at all. Negotiable with them properly. We dint have a good experience with Mexican travels for a chichen itza tour.

All the pool chairs occupied by people throwing pink towels and leaving them there to hold the seat. No place to rest by the pool. Overcrowded

The dinner which need to be booked is very limited, I can't book it even 4 hours in ahead.

The beach is very beautiful. The ocean view from the room is awesome too. There are so many kind breakfast for chosing.

The hotel was sold out the week we were there and the pool and beach chairs were all claimed very early in the day.

Beautiful view from room. Love the convenience of everything being close together so can easily go from beach to pool to lunch, etc. everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff was phenomenal- service on the beach was great. All the food (except for our 1st night at the buffet) was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property

Location of the property is beautiful so close to the flea market and The mall, it was amazing. The beach was surreal one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. the staff here was exceptional. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious. there were endless amounts of restaurants to choose from indoors and outdoors. 24 hour room service was on point and never disappoint. The pool was amazing the daily night shows that went on throughout the night to keep us entertained The entire stay was amazing. There was unlimited stuff to do in the six days that we there We didn’t have enough time to do everything. The dessert and ice cream shop was amazing. That was our nightly stop after dinner. The tour guide service was a great help in booking all our trips. Concierge service was always super friendly. Super helpful and super nice. If I was to retire tomorrow and stay at one resort for the rest of my life, this would be it.

The fillter in aircondition is many dust and not cleaned. And moisture was high that make feel bed.

Buffet was excellent. Dinners were just ok. I wish they would play the same music at the pool. Everywhere we sat we could hear different sources of music.

Its a large hotel but it never felt crowded. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was always happy to help.

Every thing (New restaurants, clean, food quality, pools, kids' club and ALL) was great and defiantly 10/10. The Air-condition in our room never worked, despite they tried to fix it 4 times. they offered to change room .
