Old fashion decoration and sanitary appliances. The furniture of the yard not clean, so you couldn't hang out there. We booked a room for two with a twin bed but we got a room with two semidouble beds instead and as a couple we couldn't fit well both in one.

Good location. Near to the shop and bar area but in the same time it was quite, so you could relax at night. The room was quite clean.

Our room was very clean, bad was comfortable. It’s just a 2/3 mins walk from main square with many food trucks at evening but blocks all music and sound that can disturb your rest.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 minutes' walk from the town, more relaxed, recommended for families. Clean and big rooms. Really good for the money. We were very satisfied.

The junior suite, which we were located in, included also a small 'kitchen' part with refrigerator. However, there was no cup or plates there, which are typicaly very useful if you have a 'kitchen' part. I would recommend to add these items, which would increase attractiveness of the suite.

Payment issue on check in could have been avoided but they wanted to see the card I had paid online with, even though I had already paid in full prior to my stay. They ended up refunding that payment (which I haven’t received back yet) and I had to pay again in cash. The bathroom is in desperate need of an update; shower and taps are practically a dribble, which isn’t great after being in sand all day and all you want is a shower.

Quiet location five minutes away from the centre, really clean, big room, good wifi and air conditioning, super helpful and friendly staff- Bel was so patient with me and my limited Spanish!

The water pressure in the shower was low. A couple of times the water stopped flowing at all. On an island this is expected.

Close enough to the center/beach. Very friendly staff. Beautiful courtyard with hammocks. We were upstairs which gave us the option to dry our wet things on the wooden railing. Ceiling fan and AC. Safe for valuables.

The bathroom was very small. It felt a little far from the main part of town, which is why it was mostly quiet.

This place was overall quite quiet. We liked the space the Junior suite provided for our young family of 4. The balcony at the back was a nice place to relax

This hotel is located near the port, city center, beach, shops,.. far enough to be outside the rush and noise. super comfortable beds, rooms are huge so enough place for 2 persons even more ahhaah It was a little bit dark due to the interieur choices (woody/ brown) and less window/sunlight (personal preference) Bathroom was basic and more than enough to shower and refresen. They had a hammock in the cortyard so comfy. Suggestion: don’t leave your shoes or slippers afront of the door outside. There is a raccoon that likes stuff 🤣 and check the weather if its rain season bring some high water repellant boots and poncho’s

the hotel is situated in a calm place, 200 hundreds meters from the very center of the village and the walking distance from the beach. Nice garden with palms. The facilities and furniture were a bit basic, and we had a few general Wi-Fi and water cuts, but it applies to the whole island, and well compensated with magical atmosphere of this place.

Wifi was very bad. We didn’t have water in the room for several hours, several times.

The room was very nice (family room), with a sitting area and a terrace. The location is very good, close to the centre and beach but quiet. There s a very good bakery 3 mns walk (Le Jardin) for breakfast. The receptionist recommend the Mexican restaurant « Taco Queto » and it was very good and cheap.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made such an effort to meet all our needs. They even tidied our room and folded our clothes while we were out and about for the day!

The wifi didn't work one day, but on a quiet island this is certainly not a disaster :) Quite expensive stay, but I think this is just an inherent part of staying on Holbox.

Really very friendly staff that you can ask anything. Nice quiet hotel with a cozy Patio. The hotel had all the facilities we needed.
