Very good breakfast with amazing staff

The fact that there were only 2 keys was a bit inconvenient since there were 4 of us, so it forced us to coordinate entries

Staff was very accommodating to our many requests over the course of our stay at all hours of the day and they were always eager to help. I was originally concerned about the valet parking being the only way to park on site and it taking long in the morning, but it turned out to be super efficient and convenient.

Location is very good, safe neighborhood, cafe, shopping is in walking distance. Very friendly and responsive staff. Room is not large but decent. Clean bathroom. Small kitchenet.

The staff was courteous. Good location, supermarket, shopping mall, offices are nearby. Cleanliness is good but can be better All the facilities are available.

No mini friedge in the suite and.no kettle for hot water to drinka tea, as well in the breakfast is no hot water to drink tea. As well my fault I have no read about the room facilities

Our room’s heat did not work, and the in-room hair dryer was also broken. Staff was very professional, but not necessarily friendly. One hotel rule we didn’t understand: We weren’t allowed to take our breakfast back to our dining room table in our room— to eat at our own leisure and timing — unless someone was “sick” in our room, who required a meal to be delivered to them.

No restaurant in place and they have not roof top or place to meet or chill. Many convenient stores or grocery stores are far or closes soon so if you need to buy some stuffs (like cookies, coffee, water or stuffs like that need to buy before your arrival to your room

Great location, my trip was by travel and it is located around my interest. Near to Santa Fe Expo and other popular places. Breakfast was good and reliable. There is no restaurant in hotel but many places near to eat. They have not rooftop or a place to rest or chill but outside are some chairs to stay. In general was a high cost but just that i need according my trip requirements.

I liked most of the things.

Bed was comfortable, Room is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was superb. I have cooked indian food also in the hotel. Amazing experience.Thanks for this. I am happy that i stayed on this hotel for my business trip.

I did not like the entrance, it was difficult because there is a security guard and I called the receptionist to ask how to get to the hotel but she was just speaking different thing and did nit give the right directions until I asked for three times.

The location based on my needs was excellent, the room was clean but not so much the towels, those had a bad smell. The breakfast was good.

the room was very cold since it was winter, maybe I should have asked for a thicker comforter and never did.

the overall size is nice and big. I consider it a plus that there's a washer/dryer. Although its one of those machines that does both things in one and it takes hours to finish cycle.
