We had a problem with the AC (leak). A man went to our room to say he didn't know how to fix that. I requested front desk we were changed to a new room.

On arrival we were abruptly told they would show us the room and we can take it if we want but there are no others. It wasn't a good start to the interaction and created an unpleasant welcome.

Terrific location very central to the main square, this does mean a noisy road though.

Quiet and relaxed, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool gets a little sun in the afternoon and is perfect to relax!

Nothing really to complain about. Nobody likes complainers. What could have been better? The bed was quite stiff...but surprisingly, we had a descent night sleep. The shower water splashes onto the bathroom floor (there is only a 1/3 glass partition) way more than I anticipated. Sorry for leaving a sopping wet towel on the shower floor.

Really liked the unique historic architecture and "feel" of the building (very cool) and the peaceful courtyard. The choices of, and the made-to-order breakfast was excellent. Eating outdoors in the courtyard was a plus. Super fresh squeezed jugo. Very nice staff, friendly, respectful and helpful. Everybody!

Breakfast could be greatly improved. There is just one person and the capacity is very limited - they refuse guests. You better order day in advance. And the choice is very limited. Hot water presure is low. Hotel needs some small fixations, but in general it is in good shape.

Very central location, convenient for all things in the center. Nice historical building with beautiful patio. The staff at reception were helpful.

The bedding was less than desirable. Better blankets would be appreciated. The hotel informed us that check-in was only from 3 pm to 6 pm. We tried calling, texting, and messaging via booking. com that we would arrive after 6 pm but could not reach anyone. When we arrived, reception was open and always there during our day - this added unnecessary stress to our travels, thinking we would not be able to get into our room, especially as free cancellations were not allowed

The room facilities were very limited, with no cutlery or cups or the basic things expected in a hotel.

The location is great - good access to town and a jumping off point to many tours. Also, the cleanliness of the room is relatively good. And, a great looking building.

The room was extremely bright at night due to the hallway light being left on. There is a glass panel above the room door which lets the light come in. The pillows were quite uncomfortable for me as well.

It is important to remark the first impression was actually good, but when we saw my mom's room we were a little disappointed with ours since we paid the same for both rooms. Our room felt a little cramped, my mom's room had a tiny desk and chair, but ours could not fit one in. The same goes for the bathroom, my mom's room had a way larger one.

I liked the building, the nice patio, the fact that it has parking lot, the location, and even the tiny but cozy pool area. The room was clean and the AC was working correctly so we had good night sleep.

Front desk staff were awful, very rude and dismissive. Felt like they were so annoyed every time we walked by or asked a question. Made it very uncomfortable. Although parking was included, it would have been nice to be allowed to park somewhere other than along the back concrete wall

Hotel itself was wonderful, great parking and internal parking at no charge. Room was very large, comfortable bed and great washroom. Pool on-site. Breakfast was delicious and you could choose your options

Missing some basic things like face towels. They only give you bath towels. No shower gel - bring yours. It rained one day and we had water getting in our room.

Very well located. Beautiful building. Swimming pool is a plus. Staff is friendly. They helped me organize a surprise to my partner bday.
