Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restroom shower smelled a little weird. I reserved 1 bed for my husband and I , but got 2 queen beds instead. It was a little weird and awkward. When i called front desk they said they had sold out, didn’t offer any other accommodate

Towels looked a bit old. It was a bit difficult to maintain the bathroom floor dry as the shower water was splashing everywhere due to the shower door design. These were minor inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay overall.
Overall, a nice and comfortable option in the business centre of TJ, reasonable price. Nice breakfast! Friendly and very helpful staff. Many thanks to the girls at the reception desk and Carolina.

I was almost overcharged but it got figured out. The faucet in the bathroom.

There was no non-alcoholic beer. Two large towels and no hand towels. There was no safe and for the quality of the room a safe is normally available in every hotel room. No guide or menu in the room to tell the restaurant hours.
The mattress was very good. I liked the bathroom, and the body soap Lots of great places to eat in easy walking distance . The room was fairly quiet. The staff was helpful and could use a bit more English.

Greeting from staff. Also walked into the breakfast area and I was immediately stopped and asked if I was staying at the Hotel and then was asked what room number I was in. Didn't like how I felt my security was given up and was a bit embarrassing to be asked if I stayed there in front of everyone eating. I was the only one asked during that time-frame.
The Hotel was very uptodate and clean. Great location! Staff just seemed out of touch.

If you think you’ve had a lot of tacos and think you should take the stairs instead of the elevator….DON’T.. You’ll be stuck in the stairs. You can go in but once you get to your floor there’s no way in. The door requires a key .. an actual key not your hotel card key to go in to that floor.. and all floors. So then your at the 7th floor like we were.. then we had to come back all the way back to first floor and then take the elevator. Not cool if you’ve had a long day. We laughed about later.. no biggie for us .. traveling with a kid we had to make it fun!!
The hotel was close to everything. Taco festival was going on at the Centro Cultural of Tijuana. That was a plus. Family event full of food and live bands. We enjoyed the bar at nights to wind down. The rooms although small very comfortable. I like the parking below the hotel. We felt very safe.We will definitely be back.

The water went out on our last day. The staff said it was due to a pipe bursting. The pillows could be softer.

The rooms are small. My husband and I couldn’t walk at the same time crossing ways to or from the bathroom because the space left around the beds is narrowed for two people at a time. other than that, we liked this place and would stay again. Also, really nice employees serving you on the breakfast.
Excellent location, very convenient and close to medial clinics and good places to eat.

My stay at the hotel was short but overall pleasant. While the staff was helpful—especially when assisting with a fan due to the lack of air conditioning—the room did have some drawbacks. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels were in poor condition. Additionally, the breakfast was just average. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff’s attentiveness made the experience more manageable.
My stay at the hotel was brief but overall pleasant. Although the room did not have air conditioning, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff—one team member promptly provided a small fan and assisted in making the room more comfortable by suggesting I open the window. Their attention and willingness to help made a positive difference in my experience.

I didn't like the price! Also the AC unit is set in season weather, so I couldn't use it, they had to bring me a fan to compensate. I feel the price is a bit high. The room was tiny.
I liked the location of the hotel, near shopping centers and restaurants. It was very clean.
