I stay here whenever I come to Playa - it is a great value for what you get. The rooms are spacious and the building comes with 24 hour security, pools, roof bar, and gym. The entire complex is luxurious yet affordable. Check-in is easy with a lock box outside of the unit. Walking distance to a major supermarket, the beach, and all the restaurants, bars and cafes in Playa. Highly recommend.

No filtered water, pool doesn’t open until 9am and the beach isn’t swim able in July. Recommend they revise the pool opening times as it’s very late for people who rise early.

The bathroom tank made a really loud, high pitched sound while flushing but also randomly when not in use.

Strong Internet made it possible to get work done. Loved being able to cook at "home", great a.c. unit, the tv was set up with Netflix. Comfortable all around. Right next door to a major grocery store.

Everything was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear and the apartment as advertised. Clean, spacious and modern. The shower was excellent and the building's facilities were great. The apartment was walking distance to the beach and everything Playa has to offer.

In general it’s great apartment. But just a small things to notice. At least 1 kitchen towel would be nice to have in the kitchen, plus there was only 1 small spoon. Moreover there is a dripping coffee maker available but no coffee bags provided. When opening doors to a bathroom the space is so tight. But again I want to highlight that the apartment is really nice :)

The rooftop pools were great - there are 4 in total available for you. Check in was easy, location good too (around 17min by walk to the nearest public beach / 5th street just around the corner).

If it wasn’t for the noise coming from outside it would have been better but there’s a generator that’s very loud from a building right next to this one , we could not even sit outside on the balcony … beds are ok could be more comfortable… place is clean and very nice … everything you could need is provided.

Kitchen could use a few more cooking items

Property is walking distance to everything you need. Also very secure and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. Not a drop of water came through when it rained! Rooftop pools are perfect temperature and I never had an issue finding a lounger.

Bed was a little on the hard side for myself and my spouse, but that is a personal preference. Dining chairs and couch were also not that comfortable. These were minor in the grand scheme of things. To be clear, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved having a major supermarket on the same block as the apartments. Loved the location for getting to 5th Avenue, beach, and restaurants. Owners were very responsive in messaging as well as helping us were needed, which is a huge plus.

We have spend 3 amazing night in that appartment. It's had everything needed. To cook breakfast, towels for tge pool. Which is a great area. The appartment is a great size and very well equiped. Can't wait to go back.
