Fabulous large accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Huge bed. Great shower. Nice kitchen and free drinking water. Pool was great plus lovely hammocks on the roof. Very quiet location and pleasant walk into town, especially along the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Literally nothing around - difficult to get around if you are with kids to get food for example. We saw no staff at all, we waited like 2 hours to see anyone to rent a bike, nobody came so we finally took a taxi. From the center of Holbox to the hotel was 200 pesos every trip. You have a microscopic kitchen with almost no utensils. Barely impossible to cook. Pool and pool area are quite small, we were with 8 people, basically only our party could fit the whole place, so thankfully the rest of the hotel was empty.

Very small hotel, off the beaten path, one street away from the beach. The rooms are very nice and airy, large windows, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and great shower (ingenious!). the top terrace with hamacas is amazing, great views and calm neighbourhood. Large fridge and a huge cold, water galon for free (very nice and needed!). We stayed there due to the proximity to the beach and the bioluminiscence.

Could use a couch in the main room and a tv in...maybe they add them in the future. We were out and about most of the time or enjoying the pool so not a big deal and would book again.

This place is a great value. They rent bikes so grab one and you can get around the island. Big rooms. Pool is huge.

Spacious apartment style rooms with excellent facilities and gorgeous views. Powerful air conditioning and ceiling fans which are wonderful in the heat. Very easy access to a quiet beach (5 mins walk), helpful staff, free drinking water on site, and a lovely rooftop with hammocks to watch the sun rise/sun set. Peaceful location away from the bustle of the town, although quite a walk from the main restaurants/shops but taxi numbers are provided. There are some good restaurants close by (5-10 mins walk) and a small shop though.

Location is a bit remote/removed. Honestly, it was kind of a relaxed and fine 10-15 minute into the heart of the restaurants and cafes and most beaches, but there were some excellent restaurants/cafes even closer (5-8min away). So you have to be OK with some walking.

Great big room, good AC and fan, fantastic shower, lovely facilities. Really nice (if small) pool area with lounge chairs for when the beach is too windy. Genuinely a very nice place to stay, quiet, calm, comfortable, if you are OK with a bit of a walk in and out of town/beach.

The location. The streets to the hotel were very muddy and also partialy flooded. This was unfortunatelly a big problem for us, because we wanted to walk. But this problem has the whole Holbox island, not just this part of the island… :(

The apartment was very nice! The aircondition worked very well and the place was very clean. The outdoor area with the pool and the roof top was also very nice. The apartment is walking distance from the city center, but since Isla Holbox was filled with water when we were there we had to cross more than 1m deep water many many times.

It's more of a suggestion and we had great time without. A little hose at the entrance would be nice to wash off sand. The room could have 1 sharp knife and a small table on balcony would make it perfect.

Everything. This place is great the suite with balcony and kitchenette has everything you could want and had beautiful views of the sea. The pool area is nice to relax in a shade and roof terrace with hammocks is perfect for chilling and excellent for both sunrise and sunset views. The bed is amazingly comfortable with great pillows and the shower was very good too. The easy check in and great communication was appreciated. And mega bonus was drinking water available in room and lobby for fill up. If returning to Holbox I wouldnt mind staying here again it's a wonderful base in excellent location.

…. Nothing, place is beautiful!! Suggestions (nothing to do with the accommodation), avoid walking to or from town in the peak of the heat, beach has very little shade. Get the taxi drivers number, make him/her a deal that if you call them for a ride, they’ll give you a deal ($150mxd)

A beautiful slice of heaven, The pool is a very nice way to cool down after a day of exploring, Can walk to the bioluminescence lagoon, Out of the main town so you avoid the noise, it is about a 15min into town but you have a beautiful beach to walk along to get to town, no complaints about that. Staff were so lovely. We’ll come back here next time!!

I would have loved a small dresser in the bedroom - I lived out of my suitcase but a place to organize would have been appreciated. I also thought the pool was on the roof, which I think is a missed opportunity on the terrace, but overall it didn't affect my stay.

The vibe here is amazing! You walk through the doors and instantly feel zen. The open air spaces are perfect for relaxing the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious which was perfect for two people. They are super communicative!

The property is lovely and clean and exactly how described. It's very close to the beach and a few restaurants. Our host Michelle was superb and very helpful. She's suggested places to visit and tours to take and even organised taxis for us to take us to the ferry.
