The bathroom has no moisture exhaust nor ventilation, so, after taking a shower, the room gets humid. WIFI is offered but it does not work at all. We were trying to connect during 4 days with no success in the room and outside the room (at reception). The restaurant of the hotel was not working during our stay.

Location was great, just about 40meters from the main plaza. The room spacious and decoration is simple and according to the building. The bathroom is modern. Black out atmosphere in the room helps to have a deep sleep.

the only thing I’ll said is the sofa inside the room was old and little bit duty, otherwise everything is good.

the property was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very nice, I’ll definitely go back there. my only bad thing is that I stayed there for one night only (sad about that). I truly recommend it.

Beautiful traditional hotel with modern comfort. Only issue is that the fireplace fills the room with smoke, this such a nice touch to have one in this cold region but totally unusable in our room. The staff is very helpful and the room is clean.

It was nice but too expensive for what we got. They did not offer us rooms next to each other until we requested and they did not give us rooms with fireplaces until I told them that we booked them that way. They gave you a minimum amount of wood for the fireplace and then you had to pay more for additional wood.

It was a pretty room that was quiet. The location was good, close to the center of town.

Although the hotel is nice I found the pricing to be very extravagant - there was no breakfast included in the price and although there was a small coffee machine in our room - there was only enough coffee available for one cup of coffee each - which I found very annoying. We drove and the hotel offered parking where we parked from Friday to Monday afternoon and on picking up the car found out that our spare tyre had been stolen out of the car (was stored underneath). It was paid parking and when we pointed out that the tyre was stolen, they insisted that we had obviously parked somewhere else and when we requested to look at the security cameras they said that our car was parked in a corner where the security cameras don't scan (how convenient?!) This last stage basically ruined our whole weekend, which was such a shame as I found Patzcuaro to be a lovely place and the interaction with people really lovely. So would I recommend? Hotel was nice albeit too expensive and the personal were friendly. if you drive you definitely have to take parking, however, ensure that you park under a security camera and take pictures of your car after parking it to ensure that at least you have some evidence that the damage was done in the parking lot.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Patzcuaro. It is very quiet and the room was nice. There was a fire place in the room, and I was afraid it was going to be cold; however, it was not cold at all and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good and had natural light.
