My only critic is that the TV isn’t a Smart TV and doesn’t have Netflix/Youtube so we didn’t really use it, everything else was wonderful, especially considered the price and great central location

The staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming, beautiful rooftop terrace with a small pool, big, comfy King bed, cute little balcony facing a plaza but all windows were soundproof and it was very quiet, fridge and big TV, heated toilet/BD, everything was super clean, lights, TV, blinds are all managed by an mini tablet

I thought it was strange when I asked at the front desk.If they could extend the reservation they told me to book online.

The tablet to control the room is complicated- especially if you don't speak Spanish. It also wasn't working for the A/C and the front desk came to help. Also just a note that we went on a Saturday night- and it was really loud with the bars in the neighborhood until 12.30am. Finally, it is a shame that the restaurant is owned separately and room service/ breakfast is not available.

Loved the room. The bathroom has a great stand alone tub that easily fits two for a romantic weekend. Rooms are very modern- and have a very comfy bed and giant TV as well.

The bed was too soft resulting in your upper body sinking slightly below your head! Resolved the problem by folding the very thick comforter to quarter its size and placing it on top part of mattress. Raise the temp on the a/c to sleep well enough with just a sheet to keep you cool!

The address listed in the website is incorrect, as the entrance is on Ave 5 Oeste and not Calle 6 Sur. This was problematic when arriving with suitcases on a Sunday, as we could not identify the entrance easily (Calle 6 Sur becomes an artisan street market on weekends, i.e. Callejón de Los Sapos). Please, correct the address of the hotel to reflect where the entry is, so taxis can drop people in the right location. The hotel places design over functionality. Everything is at the service of home automation and everything is controlled through a tablet. While it's "cute" the hotel may not age well (i.e. the black out blinds already showed tears). There were very few drawers/shelves to place clothes, part of the closet is so high up it's useless. Lots of wasted space in the chest where the huge TV sat. There was very little room in the bathroom for one's toiletries (in fact, the mini vanity seemed like an after thought). The table was made of cristal and steel, but not wide enough to work on it, an d the chair was not comfortable. (I ended up working in beb most of my time there)I would suggest to make the room a bit more functional for the traveler, rather than sacrificing functionality to design/computerization.

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful and approachable. They were full of valuable tips for things to do and discover in Puebla. The hotel location could not be better. The commode in the bathroom was quite an experience, and the rainfall shower was a delight. The swimming pool was excellent. Great windows that totally isolated noise from outside. The whole hotel was spotless clean!

Found the high-tech control system in rooms for lights, air con, blinds, tv, a bit over the top! The air con especially was not at all easy to change temp/function.

Disappointed that their 3 floor pool bar was not open/set up during our stay as it would have been nice watch a sunset with a cocktail in hand. Note that the pool was open and heated. Our room only had one chair, it would have been nice to have two as one of us had to sit on the bed during our down time.

This boutique hotel is a wow! Stunning room design with smart technology… lights, TV, A/C run by a bedside tablet. We chose our room b/c of its tub and it sure didn’t disappoint. Shout out to Mar and Martin who definitely enhanced our stay, thank you both for your stellar service! We dined at the lobby restaurant, wonderful service accompanied by delicious creations.
