I would have liked a bigger pool for the kids to play in, or some type of water park/slide. The large pool was very nice but the pool with the basketball hoops was tiny and got very crowded.

Beaches were calm and very swimmable with young kids. Food in the buffet was good and there was a lot of selection. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful. There were tons of options for sports or off site activities.

The shuttles have to be changed to electric as they leave the gasoline stink . The rooms are a bit worn down and need some remodelation, the food at the buffets is ok .

The beaches and gardens are amazing , staff is very helpful . We got an upgrade as we were there on our aniversary . Our reason to go to this hotel are the beaches .

The air conditioning was poor. The stairs and hill climbing are strenuous. Shuttles are an option but then you are tipping all day long.Few rooms have balconies.There wasn’t much entertainment.

The grounds and beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling right off our beach. Food and service was good. The rooms are a good size and provide lots of storage.the resort feels more authentically Mexican but the room decor is dated.

We found the a la carte restaurants offered nice menus, yummy food, but the Buffet food was cold except the pasta station and the buffet has no ambiance, no brightly colored pottery, nothing Mexican , found the Pescado snack bar amazing for lunch and the Mexicano wonderful for breakfast

The lovely sandy beach had plenty of palapas and chairs, wonderful swimmable water, very safe, lots of fish, nice for snorkeling. Our room had an incredible view and was so quiet, very clean, extremely comfy bed, mini fridge filled every day

Many courts but all still marked for tennis and only tape over top for pickleball. Many, many more pickleball players than tennis players. Great system to shuttle guests up and down from rooms but it would be better for the environment and pollution to go electric.

A variety of beaches and water sports spread out over property. Very clean and fabulous staff. They have a partnership with Academy of Pickleball who have top notch coaching available for week long camps and lessons. Many courts that accommodated everyone who wanted to play and more.

The food in the á la carte restaurants was hit and miss. The rooms were pretty basic and could use renewal, but not so much that we wouldn’t come again.

The location is great - beautiful beaches, amazing wildlife and vegetation. The staff were so great - friendly, helpful and accommodating. We also loved eating breakfast at the Mexican restaurant and dinners at the Bellavista buffet.

This has been the best vacation I have had in my life. We stayed here with my in-laws for about a week. The place is beautiful and is huge. The food has a wide variety of things opposed to the traditional continental breakfast. There was shows at night. There was a man who was selling things by the pool for you to paint yourself, that was an amazing activity super recommended! Also, all the staff is super nice. Don’t forget to tip! We never once wanted more than a minute for a car and only called in for a car twice in our whole stay because they are always around. Room was actually clean with no mold.

The balcony could have been made a little more attractive, it was the only area that seemed a bit shabby. The specialized restaurants are a good idea but felt a little rushed between courses. The Eastern one was our least favorite, the food was not authentic at all but interior was lovely. We also ate in the Mexicana and Mediterranean which were both very nice.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Even though buggies were available, everything was easily accessible and we walked. We spent our time on the wonderful Mexicana beach and again was so clean and looked after, the staff were amazing and a special shout out to Firman the barman who was brilliant. In fact all of the staff made the holiday what it was, if you don't have good staff it can ruin everything - they were all amazing in whatever area they worked in. Buffet was so much better than we thought. Will def recommend and will def come back again.

The food isn’t 5 star, but it is family friendly. The free all inclusive alcohol is basic and not the quality I prefer so we brought our own - no problem pouring your own drinks at restaurants etc. The pillows were all too firm (although we didn’t request any others, so maybe there are options) and next time I’ll bring my favorite pillow with me.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful safe location, nice beaches, decent snorkeling with a small reef at the beach, excellent breakfast by the beach at the Mexican restaurant, comfortable clean rooms, local town is safe and clean. Turtle release in Playa Escobilla was amazing!!! Rented a car (2 single women) and drove everywhere, even at night, and felt safe. We will be back.

Transportation around campus is made on open golf-cart vehicles, which at the moment run on gas. They could at some point be electric; this would help the environmental footprint of the facility (as would solar power collection) and make trips more silent. Carts can be heard at night motoring up the hills in some rooms.

As part of the all-inclusive experience, Las Brisas checks all the boxes. Great food, varied buffet options, lots of activities, clean and enjoyable beaches. Staff was kind and helpful in every way. Do book your dinner reservations from day 1!

Having never had an all inclusive stay at a hotel before we were unsure about the size of the resort being too big. We were wrong. The way that the buildings are spread, low-rise all across the site makes it feel very private and low key which we loved. The room was super clean and well air-conditioned with a beautiful view across the bay. The food buffets were better than expected and all the family was very happy. The beaches were beautiful and chilled. Not too busy. All in all, an excellent stay.
