We liked the location. The breakfast on the roof top deck was a good start to the day (bonus -fresh squeezed orange juice). Staff were extremely pleasant. Room was big and comfortable as were the beds. Loved the sheets. AC was big and powerful. Super hot, high pressure shower too.

Has no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for me personally but if you get a room in the third floor and have heavy luggage it might be a hassle. Also on day 2 I noticed ants on one of the beds. And the smell from the bathroom sewage I’m guessing smelled bad so the bathroom door had to stay closed or else the smell would get all over the room.

There was no easy to reach plug-in by the desk for a computer or the coffee pot. I did not like the spiral staircase access.

The people and the place it’s so clean . Great location walking distance to the center of the town . The room was really clean!

Waiter seemed to be in a rush so he was picking up the plates before we finished and gave us that sensation that we needed to leave soon even tho they had enough space. It was a bit noisy in general (you can hear what happens in the 3 floors no matter where you’re at, sounds travels easily) and on our last day hot water didn’t seem to work.

Location was really nice, close to downtown but with some space to avoid the main events there. Staff was nice.

The night desk person was not very welcoming or pleasant. Whereas the gentleman who helped us with our bags, showed us the initial room and helped us change that was very pleasant.

The staff were able to upgrade the first room that we were dissatisfied with. It was much more spacious. The included breakfast was freshly made and good.

Breakfast area was pretty chilly. Patio rooftop had no heaters (we did have extra throw blankets in room-you may wanna bring with you upstairs!) However staff was proficient and friendly.

Super charming. Was concerned about having our hotel room door right off the main lobby but it was very quiet! Deco was nice, attention to detail apparent.

Super comfortable, spacious room with good quality bed. The room had shutters which was great for a deep sleep. Plus there was a nice breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were really helpful.

Even though the room was clean, the housekeeper failed to change the bedsheets after my wife accidentally spilled some coffee. For us this was a BIG turndown. Never before had we experienced that type of situation.

Staff was great, especially reception employees and the waiter at the breakfast area. At reception they did a great job of assisting us with tours. Location is good, a little over 5 minutes from the city square. The terrace/balcony was great and after a day long tour it provided us with a private area to have a wine and unwind.

There are spiral stairs to the upper floors, which might be challenging to navigate for anyone with balance issues.
