Large, clean guest room, access by elevator. Good WiFi, outlets on each side of the bed, making phone charging easy. Shower and hot water = excellent. Super feature is free garage parking. 20 to 25 minute walk to historic areas. Reception staff, professional and friendly.

We stayed two nights and one morning we did not have hot/warm water for our shower.

We liked that the rooms were fairly large. The breakfast was great. The employees, both at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and professional. All staff always greeted you with a smile.

When I first got there the staff was busy doing something else and they seemed a little frustrated with my early arrival. The staff I encountered after the initial day though was different and they were exceptional!

I enjoyed the room size and amenities. The staff was more than wonderful, i arrived a bit early and they held my luggage until check in. The cleaning staff was some of the best staff i have encountered. The restaurant was amazing!!!

Nothing to dislike, especially at this price point.

Clean, comfortable hotel with good room facilities, and in a convenient location. For the price, unbeatable. Room is spacious, beds are very comfortable and having block out curtains in Mexico is always a bonus. You will still need earplugs, but I consider those essential items to be packed, regardless of where I'm travelling. Easy access to the Doctores metro station, and decent food stands around the immediate area.

The neighborhood, though safe, was dreary with nothing to explore. Breakfast isn't served at all on Sunday and only starts at 9am the rest of the week.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I needed an extra blanket they provided one right away. They also provided hot water for me to make my own coffee and tea. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished and even had a view over town.

It can be a bit noisy, walls are thin.

The people are very nice here, and the price-quality is even better. For the budget, I can't imagine a better hotel near Roma. It's near an Oxxo, a nice cafe (with good coffee) and the metro station.

Beautiful Facilities and the MOST COMFORTABLE BED and SUPER CLEAN ROOMS!! BiG SPACIOUS ROOM and Quiet at night with Blackout Curtains. Excellent Staff and Front Desk Reception. I Loved it so much that I extended my Stay & will be stay here every time I return to Mexico City!!

Wifi was not good, it drops from time to time. It is better to have soundproof walls since it is a love motel. Families with kids need to be cautious about porn channels showing on TV.

Excellent value for money. One of the best accomodations for its price. A full service hotel with 24 hours reception, daily housekeeping and amenities. The cheapest breakfast you will ever find. 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Showers were great. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean spacious room with TV.

The hotel is clean and well managed. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the location may not be the most scenic but it’s quite safe, pretty central and you can reach the main attractions/popular areas within 20mns walk. Reception & cleaning staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I told them prior to booking that I was sensitive to noise and they gave me a very quiet room on the top floor. They also left me keep the key rather than leaving it at reception every time I was going in and out which I appreciated. I did not realise it was a love hotel prior to booking but it’s a very safe, comfortable and budget option and I’ll happily come back soon.

The bed was too soft.

Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, they even did daily housekeeping. Mostly quiet at night.
