The meal options are basic. Buffet style. The property had no hot water, when enquiring with the reception staff if it will be fixed, the response was " it's a hotel wide issue and the repair man is coming tomorrow" . I stayed 3 night's and it was not fixed. Also the shower head needed descaling as there was hardly any water flow. It's hard to wash long hair with 5 water streams and it's cold water. I visited Tulum in winter. I found that the staff weren't very friendly. The location from Tulum beach is a distance. 20 minute taxi ride. I hired a hotel push bike and it took about 40 minutes to cycle in.

Great location to the beach ruins, 5 minutes walking distance and they have bikes to hire. The view from the roof top bar is amazing. You can see part of the ruins from the pool area.

The pictures did not represent the reality. Things are not that well maintained and all the cenote pictures are from another place that is 8km away and where they ask ~40 dollars to enter. The showers ran out of water fast and there were leaks that made the bathroom always wet. We were supposed to have access to the bicycles but the hotel actually never had then available.

The view from the rooftop is quite nice! The location is also handy to visit the main attractions! Breakfast was fine (7 out of 10)

The fact that the Senote is not at the hotel site, the front need a sign

The location, the staff, the view, it’s a beautiful place to stay! However the senote that’s advertised is not on the premises and you need to book it in advance because it’s not open everyday

Very loud techno music during breakfast (I usually like electronic music but not at a 7.30 AM on a Sunday). I had a room with a connecting door and heard the neighbours talking, and overall the rooms and hallways did not seem soundproof at all.

The pool is great, rooms are spacious. Location right across from the entrance to the Tulum ruins and collectivo bus stop.

The staff is not bothered at all. No hello, no goodbye, nothing, not a head up. Also, if you don’t have a gps, you will miss the hotel! No sign, the road is chaotic and the first view of the hotel from outside looks abandoned!

The room was correct. The good point is the possibility to walk to the archeology site and the beach.

Our room was directly under the roof top pool which constantly overflowed and ran down our window. Also very noisy when people were in the pool.

Near the Tulum ruins although in retrospect it would have been better to stay in town

Lovely hotel to stay in Tulum

    - Poor breakfast; there was no variation and the baked goods were disappointing - Disappointing WiFi; very poor reception and max speed clocked at 15mbps - Lack of amenities in the room like hair dryer, iron, tea/coffee, minibar - The flush lever/handle of the toilet in our room fell off several times and we had to fix it ourselves

I liked: - the spacious room - the rooftop relaxing area (particularly the hammocks) - the wrist-band room keys - the beautiful decor of the property

Bed was a little stiff than I normally like but I still slept very well

Great location in Tulum closely located to the Tulum ruins and Tulum Centro. The roof top pool was amazing. Food was also very good felt closer to More authentic Mexican rather than an overwhelming American or European style buffet at other all inclusive hotels

Food quality. No entertainment, like 1 man band. No Mosquito net. Toilet cant flush 2x in a row. Shower head didn't work well. 1 night alcohol tasted like there was gasoline in my drink.

Room cute. Hammock in room. Cleanliness pretty good. A/C & fan in room.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. We asked the desk clerk to call us a cab and he somehow could only find one that was twice the price it would normally be. We dragged our suitcases out to the road and hailed a cab for half the price. Not impressed

The room was nice and the rooftop restaurant and pool were beautiful. The views were amazing

There is a clear lack of management on this place. The staff, besides being nice and attentive, was poorly trained (or not at all). The bar tenders didn't know about the most basic mixtures (not to mention about cocktails). The people at reception has less idea about the transportation in the area than me, even being locals. And last but not least, it is the first time that I found dirty dishes in a hotel. At the beginning I thought that I was in front of the used plates, but not, and it happened every day. They should pay attention on that. In general and as an advice, if you hire very young staff to safe money, be sure at least that you provide them a good training or otherwise the business will collapse.

The place was very close to the ruins which was the main reason why I stayed here. Once you learn about the schedule of the "collectivos" (public bus), it feels less isolated from the city. The sunset above the forest was very pretty.

A couple of chairs on the balcony could have been nice. If you are coming with kids mind you that some of the balconies in the room or the roof are not very safe.

Coming to the building we thought we were in the wrong place. But when you come inside it's a really beautiful place. Especially the rooftop overseeing The jungle. The shower was a bit small and the sink was outside the room. The location is very good if you want to visit the Maya ruins. You can just walk there easily, the city is just a few min drive.
