The pictures looked way nicer that the actual hotel. The elevator wait times are horrible/too long.

All of the employees where very helpful and courteous. The hotel has great access to the beach where there are a lot of activities to do. They have an on-site tourist person providing options for tours. I would recommend you visit their booth on your first day to get options for tours and activities.

Room was drab and smelled bad, area was very busy and noisy with flashing lights, little to no plant-based options at any restaurants

Checking process took 45 minutes, the room we reserved was not available, they moved us over to the older basic hotel next door. The hotel clerk was rude and condensending.

Pictures as advertised are not the actual state of the facility. It's needs serious updating. The buffet was horrible. The food was cold and flavorless, waste of money. We opted to save our appetite for later in the evening somewhere else.

Everything. Oceano Palace was overcrowded and we were not able to enjoy the pool or the aquatic bar. People would wake up early and reserve the beach chairs so we never had the opportunity to sit close to the pool or the beach. Hotel staff was unfriendly and never made attempts to make us feel welcome. We were charged for two additional guests however they refused to give us two additional beach towels. Rooms were old, mirror was stained, there were cracks on the walls, and balconies were small. We asked for two adjacent rooms but they placed us in rooms that did not share a balcony. We were constantly told to not lose hotel stuff such as room keys or towels or we would be charged for them. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood all the time we were there. It was definitely not worth the price.

I had a very unpleasant stay at Oceano Palace. The only thing I liked was that the rooms were cleaned daily however the cleaning crew took the towels with them and usually didn't leave toilet paper behind so we had to call to get more towels and toilet paper.

The room I wasn’t clean, No towels in the bathroom we call 3 times to the reception and ask for.the pool I was full of capacity, so I won recomendable, TV too small y No coffee machine etc etc No recommend!!

The location was great. It was close to many things and not too far from the Malecón.

Staff was rude. We were not given the rooms we had reserved with double beds ended up with one king bed for 4 adults and two twin beds in another room. When asked for a roll in bed the customer service desk was very rude. Won’t stay there again

well a lot. everything is very poor done. the food was really bad, the beds were soo thin and the curtains where stained and no blackout all the sunshine comes in. the pool area is small. to small . and their a lot people on beach that sell stuff and move you around because they need the space. no parking. if it’s full you need to street park. the atms don’t work. for my money I rather payed somewhere better.
