That is an amazing habitation in an idyllic place. Habitation was clean, large, comfortable, luminous. Swimming pool is deep and large. Great place!

The pool water wasn’t cold lol but it’s to be expected. But deff enjoyed it because of the depth of it.

It was calm and central. Walking distances to local stores which I loved for the convenience. And it had plenty of parking spaces out front if you wish to rent a car as well. They provided with a list of places to eat cheap and very good food as well. Totally plan to stay in the near future here again.

We didn't experience very friendly service from one of the hosts on reception, however the other was friendly and overall we had all our needs met well.

The Panacea is very modern and has all the luxuries you need for a pleasant stay, comfortable beds and lounge and balcony area with very nice amenities, the two pools were great for cooling down each day/night. It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and laundry services etc. We had a rental car and could park easily in the carpark at the front.

An unforgettable experience! The place is super peaceful, you can rest but you can also have a great time at the pool or in your place. I have to say that having Ruben at the front desk makes everything better! His kindness and willingness to help is remarkable! ✨

Bit of a hike from town, and expensive to get to the beach--like everywhere in Tulum

Lovely stay as always. Wonderful pool and quiet spot with lots of places around for eating and a couple of little shops for getting supplies.

Everything about the property is incredible. It’s beautifully furnished, super comfortable and fantastic value for money. The private pool was definitely a highlight! The staff are also very friendly and happy to help.

I’ve stayed here over the past 3 years, safe, comfortable with amazing staff and fab location. Our induction hob was replaced straight away when it died on us, it’s so well run and the staff are super sweet

Main pool area was great and maybe lacked a bit of atmosphere when compared to a traditional hotel but this is more of a preference thing .

We stayed in the suite with private pool room was very clean and spacious.bed was comfortable and so was the couch. Location is is quite but still had a coffee shop straight across the road and some restaurants within walking distance. You will need to sort out transport if you wanted to go to beach or main part of town. We hired a car tor part of the and scooter for the other part.

Excellent boutique apart-hotel in a good location for local bars and restaurants. Massive room with kitchen diner and private plunge pool. Excellent swimming pool and chilled atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay! The staff are friendly. There’s a cute cat guarding the front door. Give such a good vibe. The pool is excellent and the there’s a small gym too.

Like paradise, hard to get in, hard to get out. Neighbourhood roads are in a very poor state and circulation plan is unpredictable. Night time concierge service under par.

Bubble of paradise in Tulum. Once you are past the gate, you feel in a different world. Great secluded garden with 2 swimming pools. Very well equipped apartment with good standard deco. Very comfy beds. Parking off the road. 20 min away driving from the archeological site.

Hard to access at night. No roads as you’re in the jungle and streets aren’t recognized. Took a long time to locate in the dark. Best to access during the day after a day flight.

A bit off the center, but there are a few cool streets 5 mins walk from there to have food and drinks

Secluded, great value for money for an entire apartment with pool view. Internet was great and they have a generator in case power goes off (happened twice in a week) so you can use wifi from the reception (I was working)

We really enjoyed our stay for 10 days, very quiet, lovely garden, nice pool area to swim and relax, good gym to do a little workout, the apartments are very spacious and nicely decorated, staff is very friendly. Can really recommend it.

As always Panacea was so relaxing, clean, friendly and safe which is really important to me as a lone femail traveller. Ive stayed before and will no doubt be back again in the new year.
