Air conditioner wasnt working properly in our room

Great staff , excellent food choices and confortable bed . Was on my honeymoon and they upgraded our room .

We were not pleased with the drinking water situation. They give you 2 water bottles with your room and then you fill them up at a fountain at the end of the hall. The one at the end of our hall didn’t work, neither did the one one flight up. Super inconvenient, especially when they used to load up your fridge for you. Also, no more ice machines.

The beach and swim up bar pools are really great places to spend the day. There’s a snack bar there too that serves burgers, fries, and hot dogs for lunch. The pool closer to the hotel is great if you want less sun.

Leakage coming through ocean-facing windows during overnight storm, flooding sitting room and into bedroom area. Called maintenance and used room towels and ice buckets and garbage can to collect water. Maintenance staff were slow to respond (understanding it was in the middle of the night) and they only focused on cleaning up leakage in hallway and didn’t come into our room to remedy until we reached out to housekeeping in the morning. Kept us up for a couple of hours. I appreciate the role the sales staff has; however, I come on these vacations to relax and enjoy and do my own thing. If I’m looking for special amenities, I will seek it out and prefer not to be pressured every time I cross paths with a sales associate. We avoid the front areas because of this, but it’s not always possible.

There aren’t enough chairs around beach pool or beach. People saved them by 8:30 am. Often times they wouldn’t show up till 2-3 to sit in them. Because of this we wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was very nice with excellent ocean view. The Italian restaurant was very good .

All was great ! I was very impressed and happy . Love the check in Enrique was great! Aldo was very nice and Roger at the bar pool area super nice . But in reality all staff are great and very serviceable.

The hot tub was not hot and the pool water was also a little cold. Rooms could use an upgrade.

The Staff was INCREDIBLE - friendly and offered excellent service. I liked the variety of food options. Property is large so it never feels too crowded.

I stayed only 2 nights. It was said the mini bar in the room is refilled every day once for free. Next day it was not refilled. I swear I came to reception and asked for refill like 4 times during the day. They all smiled at me, even remembered my last name, but never sent anyone to do their job. I dont need anyone to remember me, just do what you promise. The building I stayed in had leakages in the lobby and always was slippery. The first night AC didnt work so I made complaint. The did something and the opposite happened: AC got freezing. I could not do anything and just kept balcony room open. It is not my job to make AC working in the room and always waste time going to reception and complaint instead of having vacation time. I stayed in another place in Cozumel, just normal budget hotel for $40/night and all was just perfect and this ~$250/night hotel just full of downsides and make you always feel uncomfortable in different ways. I dont think it is worth its money.

Overall was ok, but I felt the price was overrated. You can find similar places 20-30% less that they charge. Wifi is stable everywhere. Pool bars work only until 6 pm while pool work until 8 pm, they could align it. Food is fine, nothing exceptional. I honestly cannot say anything so exceptional about this resort. Yes its all inclusive, yes they have beach. Did it became something to be so appreciative today for really decent price they charge??????

We've been here a couple of times, but this stay was the most perfect. I think they have a new chef? The food was very good, the rooms are large and clean and the location is perfect for snorkling and swimming. I like the atmosphere.
