Everything was good -- maybe a bit more clarity on the booking page about which bedroom is which.

Small, friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby area is very nice. Upstairs rooms are quiet ---- complementary parking about a block and a half away, I hope to stay again. There is a simple breakfast (eggs, toast, yogourt, coffee, fruits) served in the front reception area.

Stuff was great and immediately responded to all of our requests. Nice breakfest. The facility is new. We had everything that we needed and more in the best quality. The room was comfy with a bid bed and a nice view. The location was very good, not on the main tourist road but 3 minutes walk from there. We had a lot of places to park our car. Best value for money we had on our trip.

The only thing I would change is the furry black bedspread.

I loved the hotel! It’s new, with excellent facilities. For me, the bathroom is key, and this one, besides being modern, gives a very pleasant feeling. The location is unbeatable—close to the city center and the restaurant area. The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

Wi-Fi is not good, not even in common areas.

You were not allowed on the rooftop which had amazing views, not sure why?

Breakfast is pretty bad. They had meat in the va scrambled eggs. The bread was very bad. I had to pay 50 pesos for a cup that I broke.

Location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and I could communicate with them via Google translate.

Lovely room, great bed, great shower, very good included breakfast, free parking, super location, very helpful staff (even with our rubbish Spanish), nicely decorated. Appreciated the extra touches - disposable slippers, shower caps, glasses, coffee machine

It isn’t boutique at all. There was no room in our bedroom and it was cold and damp - a heater would have helped. They provided very small water bottles daily instead of allowing for refills from reusable water. Super wasteful! The property has several facilities listed it doesn’t have e.g. laundry. When we asked about this we were told it wasn’t listed, we showed them and they just said they couldn’t help Expensive price for early check in There were 6 guests at breakfast but 4 bananas, when I asked for more they said there wasn’t any

Free parking is not on site, it is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast left much to be desired……. Stale sliced bread, watered down fruit juice, rubbery and cold scrambled eggs. Choice of breakfast was banana, yoghurt, sliced bread, scrambled eggs. Beverages were coloured water (fruit juice), water and milk. There was a stainless steel coffee pot available. Rooms although spacious were dark. My friend’s room didn’t have a window. No mirror in my room, apart from one in the bathroom. No other little extras such as tissues etc My understanding of Boutique hotels is that they have a unique design, a much more intimate atmosphere, and centre around small details. They all pride themselves on offering a bespoke experience, that is no two are really alike. This uniqueness, along with their size and location, creates a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel special. Neither my friend’s room didn’t nor I had this experience

Check in was not until 3 and despite the room being ready, we had to wait. The room did not have a courtyard view as per booking, it had a frosted window leading to the noise street. The room was a good size but it was so dark, it was depressing. We had to clean the shower head before any decent amount of water came out. We didn't sleep a wink after midnight. The doorbell rang 5 times between midnight and 3 a.m, there were people talking noisily outside in the hallway at 4.30 and at 6.30 a pump truck turned up to suck up the sewage. The king size bed was not very comfortable and everytime one of us turned, the bed made cracking noises. Breakfast was not very exciting. We also heard the people above us turning around in their bed. This was the worst room for noise and value for money in our 6 weeks traveling through central America. We had room no 1. If you value your sleep, avoid this room! It's right behind reception and the breakfast room is just outside the door.
