When you pay in the reception the person working there just och the terminal that it should convert to US dollars and when I asked what she was doing she just said that the manager ordered her to charge everything in dollars because they make more money that way. I don't have an American card so for me the stay became more expensive because of the conversion. Neither the reception or the manager have the right to do anything with my card without my consent...

The hotel room have very thin sheets and no covers, had to use my jacket on top of the sheet to keep warm. No covers for the bed was really the only issue/ negative.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the Uber drive to the Cancun entertainment strip is cheap.

Overall, looking at these Mexican conditions, this place was pretty good except that you can't pay with a contactless credit card or Apple Pay no one speaks English .besides it was great clean room nice personel just Mexico it is what it is I think it wasn't a hotel error but a more state problem

Smelly drain in the shower.

Stuff were helpful. On one occasion there were people next to me very loud. I went downstairs and talked to reception. They have instantly called them. Loud people stoped!

Great location if you're traveling by bus. We just stayed the first night we arrived in Cancun. It took us a few hours to get out of the airport but the reception was open until late and we had no issues checking in. There's a huge supermarket close by and enough places to eat even late at night.

It was the only hotel that didn't have potable water to offer to the clients. The room was big but small at the same time, since the way the furniture is organised doesn't allow you to open the wardrobe. It doesn't have a fridge. The decoration and furniture are very old-fashioned, and needed some refreshment regarding looks. The room was very dark, needed stronger light.

The bed is comfortable. Staff are attentive and nice. Location is fine, close to Ado bus station.

There is no plugs for charging! I had to unplug the TV to get my phone charged. All the plugs are in the bathroom which is annoying. The property is in the centre so far from the beach but convenient for taking transport

The hot water wasn't turned on until the evening. There was no chair to sit on in the room. The pool was kind of gross.

Noisy air conditioning engine out of the window, poor lighting in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located at 10 minutes taxi from Puerto Juarez and 20 minutes taxi from Cancun airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated and with signs of time. Our room had quite bad lighting and a very noise air conditioning engine just outside the window. There were some build works (well advertised) going on during our stay, so, hopefully, some improvements are on the way.. Nevertheless, a good location for the last night prior to flying back.

The place looked a little run down and outdated. Musty smell in the room. visible water damage on the wall and ceiling. Window cannot be opened, so no ventilation.

Beds were comfortable. Good sized room. Good air-conditioning. Staff was friendly. Though, didn't speak English so if you don't speak Spanish it's difficult to communicate. Located within walking distance from the central bus station and city center. I was able to check in early, as soon as I got to the hotel.
