Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant on the property took forever to make us our lunch and even though they advertise in the elevators all types of drinks and you could see the bottles of alcohol they could only make us a margarita, pina coloda, or tequila sunrise. One of the main reasons we booked was because they had a rooftop pool but you needed a key to get in and could only stay for 2 hours so we never used it. The street the hotel had a lot of homeless people and we didn’t feel comfortable walking after 8 pm.
It being within walking distance to the cathedrals. The front desk staff and housekeeping were super friendly and helpful even though we spoke English and they spoke Spanish. All our requests were done timely. The room was large and they had a table with 2 chairs to be able to play cards. It was quiet except for the street noise which wasn’t too bad as I had a sound machine I ran.

United StatesSink didn't drain well. We had to ask for water and towels daily. our room was on the main street so it was very noisy but not noisy in the hotel. They could have provided a street map showing the directions to metro, cathedral, and include recommended restaurants besides their own.
It had a restaurant, security was good. We had good wifi. We needed written directions on how to use the TV and access movies.

In the middle of everything. Walking distance to downtown, I have family in Guadalajara so getting a taxi to our destinations was not a problem. One of the best views of all of Guadalajara. I was able to see all of Guadalajara from their roof. Great way to start my mornings.
