This property is small and exceeded my expectations! So accommodating and beautiful! The ground were kept PERFECT, and honestly can’t wait to come back!! Also centrally located, and even though centrally located, it was quiet it was absolutely perfect!

There aren't any restaurants on the property, but there were several great restaurants right outside the front door. The closest beach wasn't the best, but Playa Mamita was only a few blocks away, and it was a beautiful, level, scenic walk. There were also tons of beach clubs there where you could get cabanas and food at a very inexpensive cost.

The staff was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was very spacious for our family of 4. I also liked that we were right in town and close to local shops and restaurants. Everyone in town was extremely friendly and we felt very safe.

The amenities (gym, pool, room) were fantastic. The photos are exactly what it looks like. We stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms which also includes a rooftop with a hot tub. The hotel was professionally managed and everything we needed was provided and waiting in our rooms. The extras like including access to a brilliant gym, complimentary massages and discount on a number of restaurants in the area was also a great touch. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Sometimes the noise from the street was a little too loud late at night, however, it comes with the location. It’s totally bearable, however, if you’re a super light sleeper you might want to take melatonin.

I can’t fault it.

Massive rooms. We had a 2 bed & 2 bath and it was very generous. Clean, kitchen fully equipped, AC in all the rooms, great big living room. Lovely pool and a couple of jacuzzis, great location.

This property is in a great location in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Even though you’re in the middle of everything once exiting the condos, when you are inside it feels like you’re in a jungle paradise and not too much noise. The pool was great, the staff were great and the accommodations were incredible. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

No elevators, I am disabled and reserved a penthouse. This presented problems. Still worth the trouble. But if I had been in a wheelchair, this would have been impossible. As it was the staff ran my walker up and down the stairs 4 days in a row. They were very helpful.

Staff was really great, the whole place is high end luxurious and beautiful.

Our microwave needed to be fixed a couple times; the beach club is not really in a beach that you can swim but on an area where boats park.

The location was fantastic and the place really well maintained and clean. Love the convenience of having a kitchen and a huge space.

The ONLY thing I might change is the noise from the local clubs. Despite being a bit off 5th ave, it's a touch noisy. We had two bedrooms to choose from, so the more quite room made it tolerable. If you're cool w earplugs, etc, it should be fine.

I loved the layout of the property. The pool is smallish, but the design is super cool. There's so much vegetation that it feels you're walking through tropical jungle. Location is very centrally located, so you're close to everything. Staff was amazing and super helpful with travel planning, food, etc.

A bit loud given proximity to 5ta Avenida (could use more isolated glass), not much privacy given the patio door type entrance, not much natural light, stools in kitchen a bit uncomfortable.

Very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice outdoors space, nice pool area, central location, I liked that we had free drinking water and ice, nice appliances, friendly door people, good entry/exit security, free beach towels.
