Only drops came out of the shower and we had no hot water. My daughters stayed in room #1 which was on the same floor as us and they had wonderful water flow and hot water. Also we were assigned the 3rd floor and it has a very narrow winedy staircase which is very dangerous. Free breakfast is questionable. Don't get me wrong the posada is great just has to mention these things.

The rooms are a good size. The posada is clean and the front desk are nice.

Tiny room with no airflow. People yelling/arguing outside the room/ and in adjoining room in the middle of the night . We asked to be moved to one of the vacate rooms, but the owner wouldn’t allow it

Nice communal areas and rooftop and a good location in town. We picked the budget room which was a pretty dank option with a caged skylight and a heavy wooden bed head that leans precariously over you while you sleep. One of the funnier rooms we stayed in within Mexico but that’s what you get with budget rooms. Friendly staff, good value and the other rooms look nice 👍

A bit run-down, especially the bathrooms. One toilet didn't have a toilet seat. The breakfast was so-so, and not very large portions. We had to pay 200 pesos for them to hold our luggage for us for 2 nights, even though we were coming back to stay again.

Pretty courtyard with plants and flowers, and a patio/terrace with tables and chairs. Book exchange. Friendly service at the front desk. Water available to fill up water bottles. Breakfast included.

The narrow circular stairway to the 3rd floor difficult to climb up, especially with luggage. The breakfasts were generally not good. Shower water pressure is not good.

The only thing maybe is that the walls between the rooms are quite thin, but since I travel with earplugs it didn't bother me.

Hot water was not happening in our rooftop room - not the end of the world, but the showers were chilly! And for some reason they didn't want us to pay by credit card one day when we were short on cash, even when we offered to pay a bit extra to cover the service charge Mastercard would ding them. Again, not a huge deal, but a bit odd.

Great location within easy walking distance of the local attractions (but far enough away that we didn't have noise and activity outside all night long). Only had breakfast one day, but it was adequate - no vegetarian option with the "free breakfast included." Staff were friendly and helpful, except for one grouchy breakfast waitress. Rooftop seating area has a lovely view. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Nice courtyard to hang out in. The AC was great and helped muffle any street noise.

The shower was mediocre and mostly just cold water. Everything was tiny for us dutchies. The ceiling was low and the bed was tiny. I like hard beds but this bed was too much as if you would lay on a concrete floor. The rooms are quite noisy and above our condo is the laundry area so you hear a constant washing machine. Even with a low price as a hotel you should try cover these points. Its my fault that i did not reach out earlier but i hope this helps improving the room for future guests.

Lots of leaking and puddles when it rained. The narrow, iron spiral staircase is difficult for older people or anyone carrying a suitcase.
