I actually only have one complaint when we booked online we upgraded our room to have a balcony it’s about an extra $600 for the week we went with a bunch of friends. They did not upgrade and chose the lowest room when we arrived to the hotel everyone was offered to upgrade their reservations to a better room For about another $600 all of our friends who did not upgrade took advantage of this and they had beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. We did not upgrade because we had already done so when we booked but because we did it so early. Our room was around the back of the building overlooked where they bring the supplies in every day. It was very noisy trucks packing up every morning to pick up trash And drop off material so we did not get to sleep in. I complained to the manager Arturo and I was trying to get either an upgrade or the money back that we had originally paid for the upgrade. He said the only thing they could do was give us one day of all inclusive service to compensate us which totals about $150 American I don’t think I was asking for too much to upgrade to a nicer room or just to please have her money back. I didn’t mind waking up early because it was nice to take walks on the beach and get the day going so my advice to anyone who is booking here please just get the basic room and when you get there, that’s when you get the option to upgrade.

The hotel resort is nice. They do a good job of keeping it clean. There’s a nice pool with a swim up bar. They usually have music later in the day. The beach is right across the street. The restaurant for breakfast was extremely nice. Service is great pretty much all throughout the hotel.

They proposed an upgrade for a sea view room … when in the best case, the view from outside the balcony was mixed, town and sea; and the view from the window was a wall

It is well maintained, but it is closer to a 3+ star rather than 5 star hotel. It is 3 star on the standing of amenities, how front line interact with hosts and quality of garments like towels and linings

For the price we paid, we didn't find fair that at breakfast we had been told only 1 cappuccino is included in the price. We asked just for a second one, not 10. Also the staff wasn't very welcoming.

The location is great, just 10 min walking from the port, few steps away from the main road full of restaurants and facing the beautiful Playa Norte. The room was clean and spacious.

The service staff at the breakfast could be better. There is a feeling of rush for the breakfast which should not be the case for a luxury stay.

Almost attached to the beach. There is a beach service. The property has large swimming pools and large number of chairs on the beach and around the swimming pool.

Terrible Service & inflexibility to the highest level . From management to staff level . It seems there was always something missing from our room when cleaning crew came to clean. Lack of adequate towels,body wash, coffees creamers, inadequate heating, showers not hot enough, jacuzzi had less than lukewarm water.

Noisy loud talking guests on inclusive plan sitting around pool bar or being served. They seemed to just drink and talk loudly all day long making the pool an unpleasant place to sit.

The room was small and tv outdated. The breakfast buffet is a good size but not much tasted good. I didn't do all-inclusive, so I'm not sure about the other meals. I only ate there once. A friend who ate with me said the same thing. Overall, I thought the room and food would have been better for the price.

Pool is lovely and the grounds are well kept. Staff is helpful and the hotel is clean. Location is close to beach and north end shops.

All Inclusive was good value for money. Clean rooms, and good facilities. The Japanese restaurant is excellent! Nice and clean private beach.
