The food has gotten much worse than it used to be. My in-laws room was freezing the first night, they moved them but then messed up the reservation and had them leaving a day early so they didn't clean the room and locked them out. We asked them to get us a ride to the airport early on Sunday morning, it took them a long time to even get us a ride and then the car they sent was too small for all of us and our belongings. Ridiculous!

The rooms are nice but the facilities are slipping compared to past stays here. The location is great, good restaurants and shopping near by.

Poor services at rooms we need 2 extra pillows because the provide only 1 pillow for person and I have to call more than 3 times to the rooms administrator and they take almost the entire day to provide it and only provide 1 extra pillow. The breakfast considering this is a hotel located in Mexico is really over reality 380 plus taxes plus obligated tip ... no way... even that I can afore it, o simple not paid this amount for scramble eggs fruit and coffe .... I mean the restaurant area is nice but even that they are over rated ... so I have to go out side the hotel for breakfast .

I like the location several restaurants and stores just crossing the street .

The rooms are spacious but could do with better lighting - windows are too small and there are no balconies on the lower end suites. Room service is overpriced but I found especially annoying the fact that there is no coffee machine in the rooms. For a venue of this price, at least coffee should be complimentary.

The service is great, however it is evident that they are understaffed for check in. The hotel location is very good for business in the San Pedro area. It is very quiet and beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Lots of restaurants and a shopping center across the road.

Carpets were very dirty and worn, had to request a room change or a full washing of the carpet which they did. Had a hard time seeing so many "bodyguards" inside and outside the hotel and restaurant with a terrible appearance, didn´t feel comfortable.

Staff are very approachable and I truly appreciate that. Location is excellent. Aurelio at the bar was great with service and recommendations.

Staff, rules and by the way you are not allowed to have anyone in your room if you registered alone, even a spouse. They stand outside your room all night and knock on your door every five min. This hotel is a negative 5 stars

We liked everything about this hotel.....and you should not miss brunch or a drink at the bar at the end of the day. This is a classy place at a very reasonable price considering what you get.

The price. It was to expensive for what was really was. There bad maintenance on the toilet. Their web site doesn't work to make reservation, so practically here through booking is the only way, but special rate can't apply. This was a business recomended but sadly a bad one. High price and the breakfast was. It included. I think they need to pay al the marmol cleaning. There are stairs to go down and I never saw like a ramp to avoid carried my luggages or for a handicap.

Hard to say what I liked.

No coffee machine or water kettle in the room!! In a hotel of this caliber and with such beautiful rooms, the least they could do is allow you to enjoy the room and treat you to a cup of coffee in the room. For long-term stays and if you like to unpack, there is no appropriate dresser or drawers to put small items. No English T.V. or at least the SAP doesn't work. The housekeeping doesn't replenish toiletries every day. For 2 people in the room who shower 2-3 times per day, the toiletries are skimpy. Towels are scratchy and thin. New towels are a must and soon. Air conditioner only cools up to 21 degrees Celsius. Monterrey can easily reach 38 degrees on a normal day.

Service quality is high and everyone appears to be "on their toes" . Refined service. It's a great hotel for a short term stay. The toiletries. Room service food is only average. I expected a lot more in food preparation quality and in room dining service.

Really, have to pay for wifi?? They do not allow outside food delivery to rooms, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers for couples. Their restaurant's food is pedestrian at best. Will probably stay at another hotel next time. Do not recommend it for leisure.

Nicely situated, in a posh place.
