We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandThe reception is all over the place. Hectic. Either they are demanded too much or something else. Also, I know I'm a western tourist but I don't wanna get scammed in a Radisson. We all know it's hard but you would get more customers and tips by being fair. A lady at the reception desk told 4800 pesos for 2 nights more. In the payment terminal she put 5000 that I had to point out. Also I found out that for 2 nights I got 50% cheaper price from booking.com. With a little hassle I got my booking.com price.
The room was great all around. Couldn't ask for more. Also for a tourist the location is actually really good. You need a car anyways to move around the city. There's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around. As others have said, there's a superb taco place called "Carnitas Colinas" at a walking distance.

MexicoWe saw once a dirty tissue on the edge of the pool and the Jacuzzi bubbles didn't work. In general, we noticed a lack of communication among their staff. The first day of our stay , they removed ALL our towels and never replaced them. We had to communicate to three different members of their staff to get the replacement and they never understood that they were REPLACEMENTS, when they always thought we were asking for extras. And indeed we needed one extra, the reservation was under 3 people in one of our rooms and they only placed 2 towels. During breakfast I had to ask 3 times for napkins and we asked for the room service menu at 9:30. The staff brought to the room the check we needed to pay for the drinks around 10:25 to ONLy charge us but never brought the menu and had a bad attitude saying "well we're closing the kitchen anyways". So we asked at least for any cold option and they made us a sandwich. I work for the hotel industry and I suggest that the staff needs more training, more communication and more attention to the guests.
