The swimming pool is super small. It can have timed entry perhaps like this - for families/ for adults only

We liked everything. Really nice breakfast, very cordial and helpful staff. Super clean property through and through. Bit far out from the Puebla centre but it’s reachable by car/ uber easily. Also has a premium outlet mall right opposite to the hotel. We loved it.

The breakfast is delicious here, the variety and everything is amazing! The location is also very close to the airport, which makes it very convenient when you have an early flight. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and great value too!

Great breakfast, lots of options, and food variety changed over the weekend. I liked the bar ambient at night. The building decoration had a cool vibe. The outlet was at a walking distance. The location allowed me to go out and explore Cacaxtla and Tlaxcala.

The furnishings were a bit old, the chair in our room was worn out and the lights had some issues, especially the one in the bathroom. The pool had a strange green color so we didn't even swim.

Everything was great. Food was excellent, everything about the one evening we spent there was really comfortable. The gym was in good condition. Being so close to the airport and bake to check out at 1 was wonderful.

Had a missing phone charger . Bathroom where the tub is needed to have a drain of some .With kids playing in the tub tends to get on the floor.They didnt have deserts as posted on the room service menu. We were craving deserts. We will still come back to the king sweet.

Upon arrival the staff greeted with respect and kindness. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 345 but we were given extra complimentary drink ticket. That was no problem as my family and I waiting in the restaurant bar area and had chips and salsa. A Frappuccino as well which was very delicious. We stayed in the king suite and my family and I were blown away by the size and comfort of the room.most of all the family size bathtub with the jets was the best of all .The hotel let us check out 2 hours after the supposed too so we took full advantage with no hurry to leave . We will definitely come back .

I understand check in is at certain hour. But it would nice if they are a little more flexible. Staff helped us out, however we got a hard “no early check in” when we arrived at the counter.

The amenities were good, such the pool that was covered, clean, warmed and towels were at reach. Rooms were silent with no noise from other rooms.

The service, by far, was the best of it. From breakfast to the special dinner, the crew was always open to help, thoughtful and present. We felt very special by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

The GPS took us to the back entrance down a dirt road. Which was locked We had to call and security had to unlock gate But they were very prompt.

The beds were comfy.the room was big and modern with every convenience.The front desk staff were excellent and spoke Spanish and English The breakfast was amazing I've traveled all over the world This breakfast was the best I've ever seen! The bar staff were A+ The swimming pool was great.The parking was good and security was great..

Not that I didn't like , but it can be improved .... coffee - in a country of coffee, the one at breakfast, the normal coffe was not so good and no hot milk LOL but the staff was helpfull and I got it !!!!

Spacious room and comfy bed. Location, walking distance from a great outlet mall, through a path. Staff atitude is excellent.

1.-Pool rules, there were a lot of children playing around and diving and it is a small pool, some other people got annoyed by this. 2.-Room service took forever.

Relatively thin walls so you could hear people in the neighbouring room, both talking and tv. It was amazing how late our neighbours wanted to have the tv on loud!

Convenient location as we were driving past Puebla. Good, large and secure car park. The rooms were as expected and the staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Convenient to get an Uber to go to Cholula. Although the location was by the highway, there was no traffic noise. It is worth noting that the access is complicated and we had to pay close attention both when arriving and leaving - just had to have blind faith in Google maps!
