Need to come during a slow season, with not so much extra ruckus & antics. Was expecting more relaxation.

Although the pools were great, it was always so loud with music playing non stop. There was nowhere you could really lay under the sun in silence to relax or chill.

We didn’t like that we had 24hour room service but couldn’t utilize it as elite club members.

That it right was right on the ocean and our view and roof was amazing! Staffed was very polite and being and elite club member is the best way to go.

A little crowded and loud. Not ideal to rest depending on the time of year. Hard to get off the property if you have your own transportation. The guards won’t let the car in and you need to walk out in the sun with the luggages.

We went to two dinner restaurants. The steakhouse was out of lobster and all four of our Filets were very "chewy" and not very tender. The Mexican restaurant food was just mediocre. The chicken was very "chewy", not a lot of flavor. The Churros were not very good either.

The breakfast buffet was top notch. Probably the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. ( I travel a lot all over the US ) The service we received, from everyone from the coffee shop to dinner to pool side drink carts was excellent. Everyone had a great attitude and was very friendly and accommodating.

If you have any sort of allergies just go somewhere else. They do not understand or make any effort for those who have specialized diets or allergies. Also funny enough for whatever reason we as Black women had to ask the servers or bartenders several times for things or either wait super long while they took all of the white/asian customers. So that was fun. And I literally have it on video multiple times. Im use to it though from My experience in Mexico.

We liked most everything. However gym is small and crowded. Do not like that you can throw a towel on a pool lounger in the morning and it is spoken for all day, whether you go to it or not.

Unless you are 18-25 years old, this place is not for you: the parties are ongoing day and night, the music is rave and techno and incredibly loud - I mean you can hear it anywhere in the hotel and it’s booming. The food is truly terrible, bland, generic, and the so called A La Carte Restaurants serve the same type of food. Reception staff is extremely slow and inefficient. Overall, I would never go there again and I suggest you don’t either.

The check in staff are a bunch of imbeciles. Some of the regulations and rules do not make any sense. If I book all the rooms under my name, I should be able to stay in any of the rooms I made reservations for with the proof of my confirmation through Booking.com without any problems, but the front desk representative told me that my name was already assigned to a different room. Each room is capable of having three guests in each so we had enough rooms to accommodate the request. It didn't make sense for them to not honor my request since it was all paid for and through under my name since their crappy system couldn't update in real time from booking.com.

The check in process was not good. We pre checked in but still had to wait to do it again. No direction as to where our room was.

Only one of the three pools were heated, and it would have been nice to have maybe to pull at the other and heated as well so you could be closer to the music in the afternoons. We were still very happy and the one pool though.

The staff and the service was excellent throughout the property. The food everywhere was delicious and the options in the breakfast buffet were amazing! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and our view was beautiful!
