Cocktails - could have been better quality. Some of the activities on the entertainment schedule didn't happen, i.e. we turned up for the quiz and no one was there.

Good location, friendly staff, food was good, ate in the buffet restaurant, the steak house (amazing skirt steak), elite club restaurant (very nice lamb chops). Nice view from the room, stayed in the elite club section, the beach cabanas were lovely.

The only downside was not being able to swim in the ocean due to alligator sightings, but I genuinely appreciated the resort prioritizing guest safety. It’s clear they care deeply about protecting both their visitors and the natural environment.

I recently stayed at the Riu Palace Pacifico and had a truly memorable experience. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, vibrant nightly entertainment, and the serene sounds of birds each morning added a special touch of nature that I really enjoyed. One of the highlights was spotting the infamous cat that roams the property—such a fun little character. Upgrading to the Elite Package was a game-changer. It gave me access to perks like reserving dinner ahead of time and lounging on the daybeds every day, which made relaxing feel effortless

I really enjoyed everything from the property especially their neon party night that was so much fun! The food was delicious with the steakhouse was A+ I really enjoyed eating out at the specialty restaurants.

I would have liked to have more snacks available and in room for between meals and buffet seemed repetitive after a few days. Beach was also closed for several days. I really didn't like that the resort credit was only available for small discounts which was pretty much worthless for my stay.

I loved the yoga and fitness classes! Facility was very nice and overall very comfortable and convenient. Dinner options were great too and evening entertainment was great.

Pool and hot tub were super crowded. Loud hallways that echo. You couldn’t make a reservation ahead of time for dinner. Spa didn’t reply to requests.

Can’t really think of anything except that at the Hilton we had free access to ocean kayaks and paddle boards.

The restaurant choices. Pools were good, beach was nice and clean. I didn’t have to get up super early to reserve lounge chairs by the pool.

Very far for walking to other areas around the resort.

Easy access from the street. Beautifully maintained grounds. The renovations made it feel new! Very clean! We’ll laid out for access to restaurants, pools or beach.

Hate the use of an app for all information. No paper map or list of activities. The wifi didn't always work well so the app was useless.

Clean, beautiful, easy accessible place. Easy to get chairs by the pool and beach. Food was decent and the drinks were good.

Mattress could be a bit firmer but I realize this is a personal preference. Otherwise really can't think of anything.

All the restaurants have a great quality and diversity of food. Very friendly staff. We we impressed in the restaurant during Christmas. They really did the great work!! The room was very clean and had a very nice view.

One of the front desk staff and a couple of employees at the "Cappuccino" coffee bar seemed upset—they weren't smiling or saying thank you, which felt a bit unusual and unexpected. Additionally, at the beach, a lot of people kept approaching to sell items like jewelry, offer massages, or ask for donations. While understandable, it became quite bothersome after a while, as the interruptions happened every 10-15 minutes.

This place was renovated and looks beautiful and clean; buffet was good, for the price; buffet stuff was always friendly; housekeeping team was great, they were coming a couple times a day to clean and check if we need anything else.

I was disappointed with the specialty restaurants. The steak house was very good, but the food at the Italian, Asian and Kiyoto restaurants was very disappointing. It sure wasn't upto the standard. We have had much better food at specialty restaurants at other resorts.

It is a nice resort, the staff were wonderful and the bars were very accommodating and generous. The food at the main restaurant was very good.
