I was aware of the breakfast the very last day I was there! I wish I would have known earlier. I liked specially the help and friendliness of your staff, specially the man at the entrance. We ask him to request a taxi and he had the taxi in less than a minute!!! that was very impressive!!! I really loved that. All your staff were always smiling!! and I loved that too! :)

1 - It’s not soundproofing at all. You can hear people walking and talking outside, you can hear the ringtone of the lift, you can even hear the guest from another room who is snoring after the midnight. It’s impossible to take a nap in the afternoon because some people were organising an event in the hall using the speakers. 2 - The WiFi is also a big issue. It cannot be connected from time to time and I have to try many times every day. 3 - There is not socket or charging place next to the bed. Well, there is actually only one socket in the room and it’s hard to put the plug in - the plug always dropped from it because it’s quite loose. 4 - The staff don’t speak English. 5 - The tube was leaking water. 6 - There was a power cut during my stay. 7 - There was a sewage issue once the toilet flushing with black water…

What we didn't like was that there was a place across the street that had very loud music until 12 o'clock. This is our second visit to this hotel and the hours of the music were worse the first time. Other than that, we were happy with our stay at the hotel.

We loved the hotel's location, right in the center of the city. Very easy to walk around. There are lots of places to visit, like the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, El Carmen, San Agustin, and San Francisco churches, as well as several museums. Also, there are many places to eat. All of these five to ten minutes walk from the hotel. The people at the hotel were very pleasant. No complaints about it. I requested a room with two beds. They gave me a room that only had a double size bed. They corrected the mistake, and the room that I got had not only two beds but three! It was a little bit cramped, but we managed since it had a balcony as we wanted.

Hotel San Francisco is located in central San Luis Potosi just a couple of blocks from the city's central plaza. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good Wi-Fi and lots of natural light. The hotel's rather drab restaurant serves a decent breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location.
