There was nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help with anything. The made to order breakfasts were wonderful! The facility was also very clean.

The shower took quite awhile to heat up to my preferred temperature.

Mexican customs at the airport accidentally forgot to return me my passport after completing some paperwork. the girl at the front desk went out of her way to call them to find out about my passport. Thank you immensely, you saved me a lot of worrying, time and money. Breakfast was awesomely delicious and I wish for more of it! Location was good for sightseeing and friends recommended a very good restaurant just a block away.

The hotel is a bit more expensive then others. However it has a pool and free breakfast. Its a bit of a walk to go to the OXXO. There was no ice machine but I was able to ask the receptionists to get me some.

The pool was very nice to come home to in the afternoon. Breakfast was served by the pool and we were allowed to pick from a menu. It consisted of fruit, coffee, bread with jam and your main item of Chilaquiles or Eggs Rancheros etc. The breakfast was pretty good although it lacked bacon or sausage. You can reserve the Jacuzzi ahead of time.

Loved everything about this hotel! Great value for your money! Delicious food served promptly right after we ordered it! Delicious coffee and bread and jelly served every morning!!! Very accommodating staff and they even helped us get an Uber for the day their driver wasn’t available! In walking distance of so many sights and markets and things to do! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back!

Am a Level 3 of genius and when I asked for late check-out in the reception mentioned is a right that only the hotel can provide and nothing to do with my Booking level. I ask to stay two hours later that was not accepted. Is left on the standards of the Hotel by 1:00 PM instead of 2:00PM I asked. The parking hours, there is a deal with a surrounding parking lot that closes by 10:00 PM I arrived later so had to park the car in the street. It is a safe place though but unexpected to me.

Breakfast was very good that is by the way included in the rate. The location of the hotel is very good close to many interest sites and restaurants you may want to approach by walking since is a safe area. Pool area small but very comfortable, and they have a jacuzzi in the terrace, that was awesome.

Kind, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well appointed rooms with quite AC. Great pool for the area. Great to look at while having breakfast. Good portions too! Choose of their breakfast menu, can easily make changes. Delicious food!! Long breakfast hours (7-11!) If you need a driver, ask for Roberto!! Safe driver, reasonably priced. We will be back!!

Breakfast was great, the room was well maintained and comfy, the location of the hotel is excellent, you are next to the center of Queretaro. Amazing and really accommodating staff! The jacuzzi at the terrace was well worth it

Gracious and efficient front desk, beautiful lobby and common areas, delicious full breakfast with many choices, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location close to everything in Centro Historico. Free parking just 2 blocks away.
