In my room my wife's scarf (Hermes) got stolen. We reported it to the hotel immediately on Monday when we came back from the pool in the afternoon. Unfortunately nothing happened. We talked again to the manager two days later and they let us fill a form. But also here we didn't get any reaction.

the service was really bad, in the beach, we had to walk to the pool to order something, because the guy attending the beach was mad with us because we gave him $100 pesos on the first day (we were 1 hour in the beach), so after that, he was a pain in the ass and didn’t help us with anything

Limited dinner options for vegetarians and for families with Kids. We were refused dinner reservations at two restaurants as we had a 5 year old and they claimed minimum age was 12. Our only option was to go for a buffet dinner. We ended up going outside and ordering in via Uber eats for dinner.

Great location. The views from the room were spectacular,you could see the sunset everyday from your room. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options for vegetarians. The swimming pool and the beach access was very good.

Only complaint was the music was too loud. Excellent mariachi bands, plenty loud by themselves. No need to run speakers. More than 100 decibels.

We can hear the noise from hallway . We heard people walking and someone was collecting plates from the hallway at around 2AM.

The entire resort is so clean . The Staff are kind and very welcoming . The check in time is 3PM , we were there at 11 AM but they let us in to our room with no extra charge. We booked an ocean view room and we love the views . Night shows are fantastic! The location is great. It’s close to Malecón and Zona Romantica.

There were building works going on which we hadn't been warned about - they woke us up at 8am every morning which was a bit frustrating. The beach directly to the front of the hotel was shingle and very difficult to walk on, so we tended to avoid it, despite the water looking amazing. The buffet breakfast didn't change so we got a bit bored by the end of the week. The DJ by the swimming pool on the weekend was VERY loud and didn't seem to be playing music which was in keeping with the clientele of the hotel. As Brits, we really struggled with the concept of staying in an all inclusive hotel but still having to tip for every drink, bell boy, room service and even breakfast. Remember to bring lots of small notes with you.

Good sized room with massive window which opened extensively to enjoy the view - we didn't really need a balcony. Buffet breakfast was extensive. Staff were very attentive and, thankfully, everyone respected the pool rules. The daily pool music was very good and varied. Lots of sun loungers, so no-one needed to reserve any (although some people did of course!).

If you don’t have a car or don’t want to be taking the taxi, hotel is quite far from the malecon. So you have to be willing to walk a lot. Also, first night we got there the room they gave was had a really strong smell of mold we called maintenance but they on spray perfume. That didn’t help. Fortunately the guy from front desk moved us to a different room right away.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The view from or window was beautiful. Hotel has everything you Need and right across a farmacia which it was really convenient. Food is ok.

Air conditioning in my room was not working properly for the first two nights but it was repaired and functioning the rest of my stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I visited the concierge several times to help with a rental car, booking a massage, tips on destinations, etc. Always great service. Hotel was clean and updated.

Internet wifi is terrible, the mattress is extremely soft as a result you sink in the bed which is rather uncomfortable, staff look & treat you differently according to the colour of your wristband, ie- all inclusive get special attention/ treatment. Not very friendly for solo male travellers. At arrival I was seduced to a 50% discount on AI and other bunch of free stuff where it turns up to be a sales propaganda to buy 10y hotel memberships. Not cool at all when you travel to relax. Very uncomfortable situation.

They need to provide more time with the swimming pool at least until 9 pm and to add lights . The Beach need to be worked to make it suitable to swim and enjoyable. The need a Bar Restaurant & lounge attractive for young visitors. The pre-arranged shows in the night should be at no cost to the guesses of the resort. Eventually, they will expend enough to cover the cost of the event.

The location is very good. The view from the rooms are excellent. The Breakfast is excellent. The food is excellent. The staff to assist you are courteous.

Food menu is sometimes repeated over different places and the quality is not as good as we expected. The best is the large restaurant la Vilata. The animation in the evening were not as good as other places. The beach is not practical for swimming and the sand is coarse. Other hotels have better beaches.

Wonderful staff. Excellent pools and pool animation. Comfortable lounge chair. Great cocktails. Manucured flowers and trees. Lots of restaurants nearby.
