As some other people have said, it can get quite loud with the music next door but it quieted down relatively early - around 9pm. At the time of our stay there was also some construction happening so that added to the daytime noise.

The property is literally steps from the beach so it was super convenient and we had amazing sunset views! Our room was spacious and clean, the staff were all amazing. Our highlight was the private chef services this property offers and our chef, Edwin, was an absolute pro. He wowed us at every meal and is not only a talented chef but accommodating about adjusting the times of our meals for any reason.

Booking through a third party reserves a 3-room sky suite, but not a specific one (as we thought we might get Suite B with a bigger pool for the kids.) For that it’s best to book direct, which we’ll do next time. That said, I think we enjoyed the layout and view in Suite F enough that we’d request it again! The beach and neighboring club Mantamar were quite busy our first few days there, although we knew to expect that for Semana Santa (week leading to and of Easter weekend.) Louder music would go from about 11:30-8:30pm, but didn’t bother us. After Easter, everything in the neighborhood turned much more mellow and less crowded.

Our family had the most amazing time staying at Vallarta Shores! We stayed in Sky Suite F and enjoyed the location, the room and views, private pool, and Chef Raul was fantastic with our group and meal requests and suggestions. Everything was so delicious, and Raul was able to curate great meals that worked for us adults as well as kids (age 7-12) in our group, where we often invited our friends from another room to join us. As our first time in Puerto Vallarta, staying on the beach near the Zona Romántica was a fantastically centralized spot to relax or explore: the city, the beach in front of us, wandering south on the beach to the quieter Playa Conchas Chinas, bus trip to Mismaloya, and a day in Yelapa via water taxi from the pier.

Location wise you are at the end of the Romantic Zone so it felt like most restaurants and bars were a good distance away. This wasn’t a problem for us since we had a lot of meals made and stayed in the suite but if you want to walk and explore the Malecón and bars and restaurants in that area, you might find the location a bit out of the way.

The suite was amazing, we traveled with my parents and son so everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was perfect. And having our own infinity pool was luxury, the open space and view were incredible. We took advantage of having the suite stocked with groceries so when we arrived we had everything we needed. And our chef Lulu was amazing, she made the vacation. Having the ability to have meals made for us and to not have to look for a restaurant to dine out all the time was so convenient, especially with my older parents. We all loved the experience, it felt like a true vacation.

The hot water in the shower would go from really hot to perfect then cold. The unit could use a few more lamps.

We loved the location and views! Dulce did a great job with the meals we asked to have her prepare. Great amenity, we opted for mostly breakfast as it was just easy. We choose to go out and explore for dinner.

Being next door to mantamar is a bit much. The noise is out of control. Little bit of a walk to restaurants. A small bar/restaurant on site would be really nice. not exactly family friendly as many reviews suggested.

Very nice recently remodeled space. Most comforts of home. Great views and balconies were great open from the rooms/common space.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a beautiful view of the ocean right off the beach. The staff even upgraded our room to have a private pool! Luxurious rooms with big open kitchens and comfortable living spaces. It was incredible being able to walk back to our hotel on the beach and go up to our room and get in the pool!

At the beachfront pool and the lounge chairs on the beach, there are constantly people coming up to you trying to tell you touristy stuff. It's pretty infuriating when you just want to sit and read a book in peace! No fault of the property, but definitely something to be aware of. The beach club next door plays music until about 8pm, again no fault of the property.

Wow this apartment really surprised us. First of all, it was enormous! And the view was beautiful. It had everything we needed for a really comfortable say. Bedrooms and beds were huge, and very comfortable. Lots of privacy with 2 bed 2 bath. The property itself was fantastic.

Although we had a very late arrival, we were greeted personally which was comforting and took the worry out of getting into our suite. The Staff was amazing! We'd also like to give a special thank you to Chef Carlo!! He was amazing and very accommodating. His food was superb! The suite was beautiful and had incredible views.
