This hotel doesn't have an outdoor swimming pool like the hotel descriptions, no parking lot and you have to park your car on the backstreet of the hotel. The first key point is no WIFI access. I asked for the WIFI password to receptionist, but he said only the lobby can access WIFI not the hotel rooms. But I did try a couple times at night and next morning in the lobby, but still no WIFI, that's why I had to settle the payment with cash because the POS machine didn't work without WIFI. The second key point is the dirty blanket, not only smell bad but also had lice, I really don't know how long they haven't wash the blankets.

I like the restaurant, at least I can sit over there to have my food.

They advertised WiFi, but it is only available in the lobby and the rooms immediately above it. Even on the second floor immediately above the lobby, it is weak. If you like free internet in your room, this is not the place for you!

The place was surprisingly clean, safe, and well-located for how cheap it was. Save on taxis by taking the R1 to the beaches, like Playa (pronounced Ply-ya) Perlas, Linda, Longacosta, Tortuga, and Delfines. You can take the R2 back. You can catch the bus by Chedraui, the Mexican Wal-Mart, where you can also buy delicious organic tortillas for like 10 pesos. Amazing. Mi Habana down the street on Tulum is a great place, with a good breakfast for 50 pesos; a shot of Don Julio is 90 but well-worth it. It's by no means watered-down. Longacosta was my favorite beach, followed by Tortuga and Delfines, though the latter takes about forty five minutes to an hour to get to by bus if there is much traffic. Watching music videos on Telehit was the only thing I watched on TV, but was highly enjoyable. (There are about 7 channels, but you're not in Cancun to watch TV, I hope.)

The wifi is horrible. For the two nights of stay, I could not even connect it for once (I tried to seek help from the staff or connect during non-busy hour, but it did not work). So if you do not have a phone SIM card and decide to reply on hotel wifi, this is definitely not the place.

Conveniently located in downtown Cancun with restaurants nearby, it is also located next to a supermarket where you can get fresh bakery from (I do not have breakfast included). Some of the staffs are nice to answer and assist us in most ways.

The check in and the check out went extremely slow. Even my friend who is from south america and therefore used to a slower pace was comlaining.

WIFI worked well everywhere in the hotel. The location is ok for one night. It is just 10 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Plaza de las Americas with a huge shopping center is just a 20 minutes walk away. Right next to the hotel is a supermarkt which offers everything you need.

It is not the friendliest staff, but the bellman was helpful and punctual on checkout. Smile at them, it helps. The safe in my room was not working though and most of the TV channels on the flat screen were not clear, but I rarely watch TV on vacation. For the money, this place was excellent.

Good location near the Northern entrance to the Hotel Zonera and next to a good supermarket for supplies. Also in walking distance to a square with lost of food, souvenir and shopping booths and some kiddie rides. If you like local atmosphere as I do, this was the area to go to. The parking in back was hard to find (you have to be driving south on Av Tulum and take the last side street before the huge supermarket), but had an all night security guard and convenient back door.

I booked our room 2 months in advance since we were coming there new years eve. when we got there they didn't have my booking and they didn't explain anything to us we just had to wait for about 10 minutes. When we got our keys at last they gave us a room on the third floor. No elevator so we had to carry our bags up these long stairs and it was just a hastle.. I don't think i would go there again but if you're there for only a night like we were, it's okay considering the price.

the location was good and the room was clean.

    1. Hard waterfor shower cheap substandard soap and towels. 2.bed has no bed sheets but a very low quality cover which is not comfortable. I would not touch the blanket even if I had to. 3.only one charging point in the room near bathroom sink. If you have multiple devices best of luck. 4.there is no WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby so staying connected is not possible. There is no telephone signal or WiFi in room 126. 5.the room did not have basic supplies such as tissues and coffee makers. 6.breakfast begins at 7:00 am which is late if you want to beat the crowds and get on a bus. Breakfast is orange juice ,coffee and tiniest muffin. Other options are paid but I would not order. 7.hotel restaurant is either severevly understaff or they just don't bother to attend you. People left from their tables because no one was attending them. 8.the rooms have zero ventilation as is a must. 9. Zero customer service!!!
